Attention to detail renders the service excellent!

Love Lawn did a great job of matching me up with a wonderful local lawn maintenance crew! Weston and his team arrive when promised and keep my lawn looking amazing! I’m not sure who appreciates their work more - my family or the neighbors!!!

Darrell is very good doing his job. As long as the others do as good your business will do great.

Kevin and his team always keep me informed about when they will be here and do a great job

They make you get service every 2 weeks and charge you what a monthly service would charge every 2 weeks and if you go a month they charge you another $35 for month long grass fee and all the fees they charge is outrageous. Im going back to my other lawn service at only $75 a month not $140 a month

Christian did an amazing job in extreme heat. The services provided by Lawn Love are better than I imagined and much better than I have time to do myself. It is so convenient and easy to use. I love that if the yard is needing additional attention like weed eating, edging, yard debris removal, etc., I can just select it as an option for the next mowing appointment. Lawn Love has been a lifesaver after moving into our new home! Thank you, Christian, for your hard work in this heat wave. I’ll have some gatorades in the fridge for you next time! 😁

I hired lawn love service and they sent a pro out the carolina jones boys paid 318 dollars for grass cutting leaf removal and Bush cutting on the first service day they showed up with equipment that didn't work properly they half cut my bushes because the trimmer stopped working they said they blown and picked up leafs which they did not do I called customer support and they told me they saw pictures and it looked good I told them whatever they saw was not of my yard because I am standing in it they didn't want to hear anything I said of course it's a three cut rule before I can cancel the service on the second visit they broke the glass on my back door while weed eating I was told by Chris the owner of the Jones boys that I would not be charged for two service so that I can replace my glass of course lawn love charged me and Chris said he will return my money when they paid him but of course he never did when I reached out to lawn love about my damages they wanted pictures which I provided to them with pictures of the damages they said I have to get two estimates with documentation I had already replace my damage door told them it cost me 200 dollars to replace I only had one receipt was told I have to get another one which of course I will not do so I cancel the service and of course they didn't pay for it Chris had the nerve to ask me if I also canceled him too of course you said you would bring back the money I paided which you didn't do so I live in Walterboro sc please don't use lawn love or the Jones boys service I stand on principle you said you would make it right but you didn't small update Megan reached out to me about the bushes not getting done I was satisfied with the results of that but still know one cares about my damages to my door and I won't charge this review until it is satisfied to my liking and I also wrote a review with BBB but thank you Megan

LAWN LOVE found us a great lawn maintenance company, URBAN LAWN PROS, for our challenging country yard and they mowed and weed eated and bush trimmed their very first time when our yard was 2' high in some places! They came back yesterday and did a superb job! We would highly recommend both companies!

Excellent job

Lawn Love actually shows up and does the job they say they will, something that is becoming increasingly rare in this industry. If for some reason they are delayed they always contact me to let me know and actually reschedule instead of saying they'll be there shortly, never show, leaving the yard uncut. I'm even allowed to view the job and decide if I'm satisfied with the work before I pay instead of being forced to prepay and left with a job half done. Very happy with this company and their services.

What made my experience so excellent was my professional , we areone day off from having the same birthday. Talking to that fellow American was a pleasure we had lots in common, after talking about 5 minutes I think we agreed we may be friends for life, brothers from different mothers, both southern Americans, having a few laughs together, I hope my mower stays the same and I look forward to the next time he services my lawn at 5621 e. ROOSEVELT Road in little Rock 72206, we are probably friends for life. So professional look forward to next service, he showed up with enough equipment to service 10 yards my size, and I could tell he was 100% a professional ready to Handel any of the other services that lawn love has for me to pick on the app. If I need he was well equipped to Handel every service offered on the lawnlove app. Outstanding.
