I had a tremendously disturbing and negative start with Lawnstarter. However the entire problem has been resolved and Annie was simply wonderful in facilitating in resolving the problem. I like efficiency compassion and understanding from all companies I interact with and Lawnstarter did an exemplary job in the resolution of my problems by displaying each of these characteristics. As a retired soldier and a veteran of the Air Force I can say Lawnstarter was professional as any military person in their treatment to me and addressing my concerns. To all of my veteran brothers and sisters out there please give this company your business! Im 70 years old and just old fashioned but Lawnstarter in essence took me back to my childhood when ones word is ones bond! Thank you Lawnstarter.

We’ve had a really good experience with LawnStarter, but honestly the biggest reason is the lawn crew they connected us with. Reliable people are hard to find, and our guys consistently show up, communicate well, and actually care about the work they do. That matters.
As someone who notices customer service and professionalism after years in retail management, I appreciate businesses that make life easier instead of harder. The lawn always looks great, and the convenience has been worth it.
I also like that it feels more personal than just hiring a random service. Good crews deserve recognition, and ours has earned it.

They did a great job on my lawn. completed everything I asked for from the few notes on the app I sent them.

Kyle did a great job, the yard looked wonderful, but your communications system could use an upgrade. I got half a dozen messages from Lawnstarter saying I had a new message from Kyle, but when I clicked on it, it was always his first original message. I replied, but when I checked the conversation, my replies were not there. He had also sent a message saying he would be late and giving the time he would come, but I didn't get the message from your company until after I got on my computer that evening, after the fact. The messages never showed up on my phone. So my husband had to go down there (it is one of our rental properties; we don't live there). When I called Lawnstarter about it, the lady said it was some type of computer glitch going on at the office. Hopefully it is only a temporary computer problem on your part

Calvin did a great job mowing our grass and trimming our rose bush. I'm comfortable in knowing that we've hired a great team to take care of our lawn.

He listened to our concerns and incorporated them into his work. His attention to detail was impressive! We could not be more pleased with the results and are looking forward to a wonderful, long-lasting business relationship!!
