Site is easy to use, and very quick delivery, only down is quite a large value required for free p & p.

I checked before ordering that the carrier would leave parcels in a safe place, because I'm at work day time. They said yes, carrier would leave. I therefore gave specific instruction to leave in summerhouse. Get home from work one day (and it was not a quick delivery process, may I add) to see card through door saying they could not deliver. I had to ring up centre for Fed Ex 30 miles away. They said they had no such instructions to leave in summerhouse, although I had typed in when I ordered. So, still have not received. They are re-delivering next week - apparently. I will not order from this company again because I just cannot put up with the hassle and do not have time to chase delivery companies (and don't see why I should have to), and not being told the truth about leaving items in a safe pace (or not passing on instrucitons to company, not sure which as yet). Really annoyed, paid my money and received NOTHING! Waste of time, effort, etc etc. And it is a one off standard delivery fee so not cheap either if you are ordering something lightweight! Unacceptable.

The product I chose is excellent. However the ordering experience was not so good! I never received a confirmation e mail about my order (fortunately I had paid through PayPal so knew that the order had been received!) and I then had to contact customer services to ascertain whether my product was I the store when I wanted to collect it. They replied to me to tell me it was there. When I went to collect it they had no record of the order or that it had been received! However when they went to look it was in their store. Need to sharpen up their online service.

Swift and efficient service. Delighted to have found an item which has been hard to find elsewhere.

A lovely duvet, much cheaper than other sites. Very pleased.
However, delivery by FedEx was a joke! They arrived before they sent tracking info, so I missed yhem. I had to go onto re-delivery site & arranged for duvet to be delivered on 28th, arranging to stay at home all day. It arrived today (27th) @ 2.10pm!!! Sheer fluke I WAS in. I would rate them a zero....

Very efficient service. Goods packaged really well by Sally and arrived here very quickly. Wish shipping wasn't with FedEx as they are so expensive UPS or Royal Mail would have been a lot cheaper and there is no option to ask for product to be posted any other way. That really is the only criticism.

I ordered a home bread-maker online from Lawson's late on Friday. It arrived in perfect condition on Monday morning, and I had made an excellent loaf with it by lunchtime.
