Total scam. Absolutely horrible writing quality, obscure sources referenced and delayed delivery. It was obvious that they use AI and use the humanizing option - text didn't make sense. Also, they seem to know better when you need the drafts. Certainly after your deadlines...Total waste of time and money communicating with these scammers.
