Had one or two hassles along the way which were beautifully sorted by Lawyers Conveyancing. They were quick to point out the problems I had encountered and even quicker to sort the problems. I have used Lawyers Conveyancing when selling our home, my parents home and also my sister's for whom I was executor. There were numerous problems with the latter as the result of incorrect information from the bank. They were able to give excellent advice and action on my behalf when settlement was held up. They communicate in a timely manner and are exceptionally competent and professional.

The whole process is online based with communication through emails and their secure PEXA portal where all documents are safely stored and accessible.
We received clear instructions and enjoyed the way how the process and further steps were communicated. Correspondence was always prompt.
Online and document security is a hallmark of their process. Unfortunately, not all relevant stakeholders e.g our local Port Phillip council and South East water provide the same level of security. In the end it meant that we are still in the final steps of communicating with these authorities as LC could not finalise these steps.
Despite this drawback I think LC have chosen the right way into the digital future and I am happy to do the extra work myself.
