Although they are less expensive than most places they charge $9 for shipping std and if you want return or exchange it’s another $9. I bought boxers at $15 and wrong size to return and shipping was $18. Serious. If I can upload the snap shot I would let everyone know. I wouldn’t buy again.
Great products and customer service!
I purchased my first Lazy One night shirt at a Black Bear diner. After I had worn & washed it and realized what a quality product it is (No fabric shrinkage or color fading). I reached out to Lazy One to buy more of their products. I was so surprised to see the variety of things that you could order from them. Their customer service is fantastic! The ladies are very friendly and helpful. Best of all, their products are great quality. The fabric gets softer with each wash and does not pill or fade. The designs are cute and clever and make me smile. I am very happy with all of my items and will continue to buy from them when new designs are available.
Flapjack buttons tore holes in fabric after one sleep
Bought pjs for my daughter and one sleep the buttons came off and torn the fabric. Lazy One kept blaming my child, not even offering a small refund or anything, my daughter is 15 and takes care of everything she owns. I’m very sad that i purchased these for an early Christmas present and Lazy One doesn’t even care.

I don't think this is a good company
I don't think this is a good company. Because of multiple factors. I really want to warn others. But there isn't much I can do as a person.

We ordered 3 onesies from the online store. For our taste, they were too thin, the feeling of the material is rough & we thought they should get soft & comfy after washing them a bunch...But we noticed the pattern also looks printed / painted on, when I sat down & the material stretched, it looks like crappy quality! We are returning ours & will look for better onesies for the family asap. Not worth the price in our opinion
An update
An update - to be fair. I emailed the contact email on Lazy One's website, along with the long history of my communication. Immediately, Renee ("Website Order Consultant") e-mailed an apology and promised complimentary replacements, as well as 20% off my next order. I was very surprised - pleasantly so. Maybe others waiting for issues to be resolved can take heart.
Great Customer Service!
I did not receive my package when it said it was delivered but I informed LazyOne and they sent a replacement, no charge and received it within 1 day! just in time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
AWFUL!!!
AWFUL!!!
I spent hours looking for "cool family pj's" for our family Christmas. After searching, I came across Lazy One.
FIRST, I was offered 10% off my first order with a code. I signed up and never got it.
SECOND, the company offered GUARANTEED delivery by December 24. My order was not processed until Tuesday December 21 at which time I was informed that they were sold out of two items I had chosen.
And then to my SURPRISE my order was sent REGULAR MAIL to arrive December 30!!! UGGGG a $450 order we will NEVER USE. My family will be gone by then!
I am NOT IMPRESSED and SO DISAPPOINTED.
I am giving 3 stars for lack of size inclusivity.
I am giving 3 stars for lack of size inclusivity. I would have given less stars except that I love these pajama pants so much. They are my favorite. They couldn't be better and I am a serious tough customer. But I'm appalled at their lack of size inclusivity. Usually this alone would get a 1 star from me. So please Lazy One, do better. It's 2021 we need to stop pretending people don't come in ALL SIZES!

I agree with all the negative comments…
I agree with all the negative comments below. Used to buy pjs for my cousin's 3 children and used the pop up store in my local mall. Great quality...but this November, a totally different story. two pop up stores and they refused to give refunds or gift cards...only exchanges...even after having the receipts and tags on all the items and having come back in just two weeks. Never worn or tried on. I wrote the company an email calling their customer service 'despicable'....not to mention the rough texture of the material used...what ever happened to soft pyjamas for kids??? And guess what? absolutely no response. Canadian customer service is deplorable. I refuse to shop with them again and have every intention of telling anyone I know not to shop with them. Goodbye
Lazy One nighties are comfortable and of good quality.
I love my two Lazy One nighties. They're comfy, and the material is of good quality and doesn't shrink when washed like most of my other nighties. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again.
I would also give a ZERO if possible
I have been ordering pajamas from this company for about 6 years. For the first few years it was amazing; customer service, size and quality of the pajamas, etc. about 2 ish years ago the quality of the items went downhill BADLY, as did their customer service. The pajamas started fading and shrinking after the first washing, and the sizes misleading. I needed help from customer service on occasion and it was a nightmare. If I could even get someone to respond, they were extremely rude. They abruptly stopped accepting discount codes on clearance items (without warning) and were extremely rude when I inquired. I bought a set of pajamas for a friend recovering from surgery last year, and they were WAY too small on her, despite having previously owning the same exact size and not gaining weight. I ordered women’s regular fit (specifically the “eggs-hausted) set size XL, and they came with a juniors size XL tag. I inquired and was told the juniors size is their “fitted” style. How confusing is that?! And it clearly said women’s fit on the website, not juniors or fitted. They didn’t care and would not exchange or accept a return.
This used to be a great company with amazing products and outstanding customer service. No more! Did they change owners? I refuse to buy their overpriced, now “low quality”pajamas ever again.
Impressive service and products
The customer service here was fabulous. A personal phone call resolved an issue, and it was not even their fault. The recipients of the gifts loved them. I have already placed another order with them, and will do so again.
Awful service
Terrible customer service. After returning a product 2 months ago we never received a refund. They admit that they may have lost it and have yet to return our money. Not only that, they also chose to respond with a belittling attitude. We will never purchase from here again and will be sure to let family and friends to know the same.

if I could rate this company a zero I would. poor quality and no one will.get back to me. I will never purchase from this company again..
Will never purchase from this store again
Poor customer service both at store and via email. No return policy is ridiculous and I had not been informed of this when purchasing the product, and a small note on the monitor is not suffice, you should be verbally told when purchasing, as I never would have bought something without the possibility of return. The pjs ended up being way to big for my children (who are 6 and 8) and I bought the size 6, but the size 4 is too short, and the elastic is not really elastic. Extremely disappointed and will not be shopping here again.
Easy to order but beware of children’s sizes.
Easy to order, timely shipping, cute children’s pjs and good quality fabric. Only issue... thankfully ordered one size bigger for all three children. Would not have fit otherwise.

Was such a cute new onesie when purchased, worn three times for a few hours each evening and already the cloth has "runs" Mine fits big, has not been in the dryer, no excuse. Over exaggerated 1st world pj company, thought it was canadian made, but nope, it's crap.
