Poor customer service
Poor customer service, sent back a dress that was to small didn’t get refunded for weeks even after endless messages, also send out a top with a big hole in it was told to post back and the postage would be refunded and it never was, while I waited for the refund I asked for some T-shirts to be put by but I believe they sold them and for weeks fobbed me off on their Facebook page so they looked as if they were a caring shop but after asking for the forth time I gave up on my money and the tops and stopped following them. So very late refund, faulty goods, money never received for postage, and so say items kept aside while I waited for my refund sold to someone else.

Ordered denim joggers, they were perfect was dying to put them on but when I tried they were too small and I ordered an XL, but my friend was with me she loved them and bought them for her trip to Florida so maybe new customer 10/10 for seevice
