Amazing service! I bought a used Nikon ZR and they held it for me until I could get in to buy it. It was the best value out there and the service from Alex was fantastic as always. I have been going to LCE Worcester for a while now and consistently get great deals and a very warm welcome from experienced and knowledgeable staff. Their used prices are also very competitive. I cannot recommend this store more highly, no matter what level of photography you are at, all of the staff will help you. There website on my phone was a nightmare as it kept jumping between mobile and desktop version but there service was spot on delivery was quick and item was a good price

Simon Hargreaves is the ideal customer facing person. He listened so that he had a good understanding of the type of camera I needed to meet my use requirements and possible future variations. He explained how each of my short-listed models would do that and gave the pros and cons of each model. He did this without using unnecessary technical terms and provided excellent hands-on demonstrations.he helped me reach a satisfactory conclusion without leading me in a particular direction. Overall he made me feel like a valued customer who he wanted to get the right product. A great demeanour and not overpowering. A credit to the company.

Bought a camera online from the Winchester Branch, tried to pay on PayPal, unfortunately, needed it sent to my niece for her 16th birthday, couldn't get it on time.
Spoke to Ben on the phone, and he reserved the camera for me.
Drove down the next day, two hours, paid, and they guys in the shop organised next day delivery for me.

Good price and good service

I purchased a Sony 24mm f1.4 G Master lens from the Bath branch. I had to delay the order by a couple of days and they were very accommodating. When the lens arrived, which was as on time, it was packaged superbly. I have dealt with LCE since 1990 when I purchased a second hand Pentax K1000 film camera and they have always been professional and helpful. Hopefully more years to go. Keep up the superb work.

I bought a opticron HR 80ed with zoom 2nd hand . When I called to check the condition I specifically asked was there any haze a common fault with this instrument . Ben said none at all checked and confirmed and said we’d never sell any optics with haze . Parcel arrived next day telescope had clear brown ish haze in the prism a child could have seen it . Anyway they promised to repair at their expense then return to me , lesson is don’t feed your customers BS . Usually they are very good to deal with so this is out of character etc
