It Works!
I embarked on a journey to improve my physical health, lose weight, and tone up 3 months ago back in early July. As a high school teacher, you can imagine there is always an incredible amount of stress, and I noticed that stress would manifest in many ways, especially physically. At the time that I reached out to Coach Clarke to take me on as his mentee, I weighed 185 lbs and wasn’t very toned at all. I started noticing my clothes weren’t fitting properly and I honestly just got tired of making excuses why I didn’t begin my wellness expedition earlier.
Coach Clarke constructed a nutrition plan for me and exercise regimen that helped me reach my goals. Using the app, I was able to track and see what I was eating and ensuring I was reaching my goals daily. Over the course of three months I lost 12 lbs and went from 185 to now currently 173, which honestly shocked me. Who knew that perseverance, diligence and discipline actually worked?!
Coach Clarke was there every step of the way. During support calls, he not only discussed my progress with me, but always took the opportunity to point out how my lifestyle affects every aspect of my wellness, which … was true.
In the beginning I was completely on it. Excited and ready to go. But of course, life happens and during the last month, I began to falter a bit. Not staying on top like I should’ve. While I wasn’t getting enough workout throughout the week and such, I was still diligent about my water intake and nutrition and luckily, I still lost about 3 lbs during that time.
While I still wish to lose 3 more lbs, Coach Clarke is currently helping to adjust my workouts and nutrition in favor of my highly stressful situation which I really appreciate! I am very grateful that I had the resources available to begin this journey. Going into the next three months, we will be working closely together to remain accountable and tone up!!
Anyone that is second guessing if they should give it a shot … ask yourself … “what do I have to lose?” … because you already know what you have to gain!
PS. The compliments on my slimming down I’ve been getting from family, friends, and colleagues have been excellent! Dive in and reclaim your life and confidence!
