Terrible company, I can’t log into my pension account because they send a code to my email via Microsoft and clearly there is a break in that link. They don’t allow telephone verification as an alternative.

I therefore cannot access my payslip and when I phoned them and asked for an email copy, nothing arrived.

It is now 15 April and I haven’t received notification of my pension increase which came into force 15 days ago.

I guess my pension administrator uses them because they are cheap and the saying goes, you get what you pay for. SO TRUE.

Dreadful. Poor communication, no replies to emails, obstructive, hide behind ridiculous rules.
5 months on, still no further forward.

Extremely poor service, Cannot close mums estate as we are waiting for 1 figure from LCP & it is impossible to get this figure more than 3 months now & no nearer. Countless apologies, time scales given & not met. Causing my 91yr old dad a lot of angst & stress when he is already grieving!!!!!!

Very slow process in getting things done and emails ignored too

Very disappointing - LCP has made the process of executing my late grandmother's estate extremely difficult, and in a time when we continue to grieve. Currently waiting on one payment from LCP to close the estate however LCP continues to ignore my contact. Appalling!
