No more "oh my back!"

I have been attending 1:1 pilates sessions with Lisa for the last four months and have seen a significant improvement in my core strength and lower back flexibility in particular, as well as general overall strength. As an office desk worker in my I sit in a chair at a computer all day and used to have regular back issues and injuries as I attempted to get into various sports. My physiotherapists over the years always recommended pilates as a good base for injury prevention and I finally listened and it's working wonders with Lisa. Also the evening slots work well with my schedule. Highly recommended!
