This company LC SERVICES ltd. is outstanding in their sevices and quality provided with friendly communication. I have purchased refurbished system from this company GC-MS 7890/5975C. After the test it worked flawlessly without any issues. System was in optimal conditions(all parts were replaced with new one exactly as we have agreed) we have also performed TUNE/WATER CHECK and results were the same as on new GC-MS. I extremly recommend you to purchase any system or replacing parts spare parts at this company.

We have been using LC Services for coverage plans on our HPLC instruments for the past two years. I have been really impressed by the quality of service from Mike and his team and how they are willing to go the extra mile. I bought lamp for Perkinelmer 2 weeks ago but they said no stock and not yet delivery.

I purchased parts to perform maintenance on a device.
The parts were delivered promptly and I was able to perform the maintenance.

Great response and product arrived as described.

Rather fast delivery, very friendly service support. The down side is that not the original lamp (as described/promised in the title of the product) but a substitute product was delivered (hidden in the description: "Alternative Compatible Long Life Deuterium Lamp").

Everything was great, I recommend.

The deliverables were all in good shape and of excellent quality..Besides delivery was done on time and kept in touch with key personnel to avail all the necessary information pertaining the shipment..
