I really beleive in the project but...
Hi, so I am giving 3 stara because i believe in the idea. I really do and i really hope that the team will not ruin it because as for now. Reading all those comment the positive ones seems to be the one for which someone paid. I only have a small amount of LCX on lcx wallet and it will stay that way for a while because i had to write the support to receive my found otherwise there would not appear wich is strange especially they have this issue for 2 years what we can see reading the comments. I wanted to place a bigger deposit but decided to read trustpilot because lcx was giving me a wrong deposit wallet.. conclusion is that i tried to deposit 2 times and boths times there is a strange issue. Overall i really like the app, i really bealive in the project and its why i am giving a comment. I hope all those nad review a because of the fault of some bad employees and the team will take care od it otherwise if the company continue to lose trust it will be very hard to get it back especially there is a lot of good project in this space. Anyway i wish you the best and try to work for you customer not only for you and it should be succesful.
PS. My support contact wasn't very nice also, i believe its because of cultural differences. Salut from France!

Sent me a marketing email with no unsubscribe option. I am unsubscribed from marketing on their site. The email was call to action to finish KYC. Essentially spam .
Update: received three days ago a promotional email again although unsubscribed, this time with an unsubscribe button which is progress. Clicked on unsubscribe.
FYI: I received the email twice, so it was sent two times to the same address.

Update. Lost $600 trading BTC/LCX tokens on market price because this exchange has almost no liquidity. Be careful
I hope this project succeeds. The potential for a squeaky clean crypto exchange is huge with all the prior scams. I have invested in the LCX token. The exchange has some technical teething problems which I’m sure will be sorted out soon: Updated ; have not been able to withdraw my purchased coins, tried for an hour but always error messages

Dire, awfully bad, headache.
It's nice to see the support staff are leaving 5* reviews here but they're the only 5* anyone would ever give them. The exchange is slow, clunky and not user friendly at all. Deposits need to be manually added each and every time and good luck getting your OTP code + 2FA submitted quick enough to ever withdrawal.
Next time I will store my crypto in my anus.
