LDR used to be good.... maybe try again in a yr.

LDR used to be my “go to” for Dumpster and PortaJon rentals until it started taking too long to switch dumpsters and then we realized we were getting charged too much. What used to be easy, became a hassle. Hopefully LDR gets it together for future clients. I’ll give it a year before we try again.

It is Important that your staff screen well new rolloff
orders and find out what customer wants to throw away.

Not just saying construction but what construction items
Roofing, concrete, bricks, Lathe & Plaster from walls, Tile (Heavy )

Carpet, Sheet rock, wood decks, boards, wood siding ( Medium )

Household furnings, Personal belongings ( Regular )

Was given quoted rates

Was given quoted rates. $425 for a 20 yard roll off including 4 ton & anything over that would be additional $40 ton. Set containers on 6-21. On 7-23 received call that rate would stay the same but for only 2 ton and anything over would be additional $65. So here I am, in the middle of construction and without choice. Also when quoted, wish I'd gotten it in writing, I wrote down "after 6-28 $15 day over 7 without haul". I took that to mean if we don't have at least 1 haul every 7 days, then there would be an additional $15 day rent. Not how it worked - I was charged $15 per day for all 3 containers! I've been doing this for over 20 years and this is ridiculous for dumpsters. So now I've realized that you are a Broker and will be sure never to use you again. I called Rock Creek Containers and got their quote for Hendersonville, NC and, believe me, you did not lose any money on my containers. Plus I started getting over weight charges - none at the beginning which typically is when there may be heavier loads -- and to this day, still waiting on overweight tickets. Needless to say ... I'll never forget the name "LDR SITE SERVICES" nor will i use you again. Thanks for reading if you made it this far. I've been very disappointed with this company.

Get payment before delivery to eliminate hassle and wasted time

Not too bad dealing with them, just when it comes to payment it can be difficult. They are usually thorough and accurate with the order and delivery information they provide but when it comes to taking payment, if our associates aren't adamant about getting payment before delivery it can be a hassle trying to get paid after the fact. It would be nice if their company knows their employee is ready to make an order, give them credit card information up front to provide us with payment before delivery. Make sure THEY are certain the order is paid. That will eliminate a lot of hassle from all sides.

The biggest issue that needs addressed…

The biggest issue that needs addressed is communication! One phone call and one email TO THAT SAME PERSON confirming a price is enough! We are a busy office and when 3 people receive a call and then emails are sent, the orders are duplicated. This is extra cost and AGGRAVATION to our people. I think your orders need to be handled by ONE PERSON. Not 2 or 3 in your office!!!!!
Please consider a revision of your work flow to save time and money on both of our ends.

We are a portable toilet company that…

We are a portable toilet company that does business with LDR. The things that they need to improve on is the communication within their office. I don't think it's necessary to receive two phone calls from two different people following the first phone order and email to confirm the order. The first phone call and email should be enough! This is our busy time of year and with only one person in our office, we don't need the overflow of additional phone calls when the order was already placed with the first call.
