I spent 100$ and didn't receive any genesis crystals, they told me to wait a few days and I have and still isn't working. Hoyo could've patched them but I definitely wouldn't recommend if their askin... See more

What used to be a great company to save money
What is a great company to save money? Now, they're more expensive than Hoyo itself, literally, they're now charging a 103.00$ for the hundred dollar bundle that used to be 69.99 after tax it was 72.00$ Now it's 99.99and after tax its 103.00$ And surprise surprise, it's only 99.99 through hoyo itself worth no tax So they sold out, and now they're more expensive than the actual game company So no, thank you, I will No longer be using ld shop. Do not use l d shop. They are more expensive than hoyo don't get ripped off.
Avoid
Avoid, use lootbar. LDShop is a manual process, requiring someone to login to your account and at greater risk of losing your account to some unscrupulous employee. Lootbar is instant as you login and process it before leaving the site, without manual intervention.
Go to the site that is the same pricing and does it better. I thought I would give them a try but very poor experience so fa, it took 2 hours from payment to it being processed.
Easy and reliable
Easy and reliable. Unlike lootbar Ldshop gives a free welkin/subscription pass after spending 80$ in a month.

Refunding is impossible
Refunding is impossible. I followed the instructions yet the admin would just ignore and repeat the same line over and over.
