Worst customer experience ever

Worst customer experience I have had.
Ordered 13th December, didn’t receive until 9th Feb.

When originally ordered I received no tracking info or dispatched email so clearly wasn’t sent, after emails back and forth and multiple contradicting excuses from le merj I finally received 2 days after I mentioned I would be reporting them to trading standards (sent 1st class signed for).

This reviews page for them has only good reviews however they have another with only bad reviews.

They have zero customer service skills as not once was I offered any sort of compensation just excuses. I will not be using them again.

A year later and I never received a…

A year later and I never received a refund :( I spent over £200 on a tracksuit and have nothing to show for it.

This company is scamming people out of money DURING A COST OF LIVING CRISIS. whilst him and his gf are going for fancy dinners and buying designer items 24/7 it’s very unfair. I wanted to support this business as I really love the creative design behind it all and had I received my items I would still be ordering today as I do like their products.

What a shame.

Scam!

I have spent a few hundred pounds andI haven’t received my order, it’s been months, I’ve contacted the owner and no response. He ensured money was sent through as family and friends and is a bank transfer. Don’t order from here!!l

I am disappointed at how much money I have wasted in purchasing from this company. He has ignored all my messages, received NO items and does not even have the decency to respond.

The only reason he got followers on Instagram is due to his girlfriend Madison Sarah. Should be disgusted, scamming people who are nothing but kind to him from buying from him.

Products never arrived and no response from seller

Ordered 2 tracksuits totalling £385 back in March - seller was responsive initially then after chasing for months the responses stop. No products received. Absolute waste of time - so disappointed as have followed the sellers girlfriend for some time now and seemed to be a legitimate brand. Taking peoples money during the cost of living crisis is just disgusting!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

They don’t send purchases made and refuse to refund buyers, making you raise a charge back investigation with your bank. This takes months to resolve and is back and fourth constantly chasing your bank to get the money refunded. Which may I add, my bank haven’t actually refunded my costs as of yet (3 months later).

The customer service of this brand is shocking and I’m actually baffled at how they can continue as they are like all their customers aren’t out of pocket.

This business is ran by a team of rude human beings who have absolutely NO consideration for their customers.

Please do not waste your time and money as I had ordered back in February, it is now May and I have no garments and no refund for my cost with the company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I ordered a few months back, and messaged the company FOUR separate times about where my order was before finally giving up and starting a dispute with my bank to get my money back. I would have thought that in running a small business, good customer service would be a number one priority. However, clearly this brand does not care about their customers (who have spent money to support a small business) from the lack of response I have received as to the whereabouts of my order. My only advice is to STAY AWAY from the brand… do not buy from here because you will deeply regret it. This is the worst customer service from a small brand that I have experienced, which really says it all.

DO NOT BOTHER BUYING FROM HERE

I was one of the people that managed to receive their order after my purchase well over a month ago. The brand owners partner, who I followed social media, Madison sarah frequently advertises and poses in her partners designs. She posted that the sold out dress had come back into stock which I then proceeded to purchase. Placed the order, they took payment straight away I did not hear anything from them AT ALL. The parcel arrived even though I thought it wasn’t going to due to the bad reviews and Emmanuel removing everyone’s comments off the le merj Instagram page showing how bad the brand is. The dress I received is of awful quality and not the one advertised on the pictures, the material is different (not ribbed) and the neckline is completely different not to mention the material is wafer thin, see through and the print is cheaply painted on and cracked as soon as I tried it on. I think they’ve just used the cheapest AliExpress dresses and slapped the print on because the first batch were so popular. The sizing is also shocking,I ordered the dress in the biggest size which a L, which they’ve stated would fit a 16-18 which is a lie, I’m size 10 and to be honest it wouldn’t even fit a size 6-8 it’s so horrendously small and short. It’s so disappointing to see other influencers not just Madison supporting this cheap & nasty brand with an owner who clearly isn’t fit to run any kind of business. This is the only place you can see reviews for the business as they don’t have a genuine trustpilot profile and Emmanuel and his partner delete all comments off both the business and personal social medias regarding the fraudulent business he is running.

Company scammed me £150 for a flannel, was quick to take my money through instagram DMs but then ignored my messages when I started to chase where my package was (never received) ordered in June 2021 and still chasing with no luck.

Emmanuel who owns Le merj doesn’t know how to run a company it’s embarrassing.

This company is a scam

Don’t order from this company , it’s a scam ! I ordered a £150 hoodie in November and it’s now late January and it hasn’t arrived . Their email address doesn’t work . So I’ve been sending messages to their instagram DMs about a refund . I’ve had no response . So I commented on an instagram post to politely ask for a refund and a response to my DMs and the comment was deleted ! £15O is hell of a lot of money to lose . I’m not sure what else I can do to claim it back ?

This company is a scam. The owner takes money from customers and never sends the ordered clothes. The owner is a troglodyte, when asked for a refund he is very mean and rude, he says that you do not deserve to wear his brand since.. since those sh**ty clothes have never been sent to customers. Go to Tattle Life Madison Sarah and read all the evidence from people !! Ever if people got the clothes it's sh**ty quality from AliExpress.
