Worst customer experience ever
Worst customer experience I have had.
Ordered 13th December, didn’t receive until 9th Feb.
When originally ordered I received no tracking info or dispatched email so clearly wasn’t sent, after emails back and forth and multiple contradicting excuses from le merj I finally received 2 days after I mentioned I would be reporting them to trading standards (sent 1st class signed for).
This reviews page for them has only good reviews however they have another with only bad reviews.
They have zero customer service skills as not once was I offered any sort of compensation just excuses. I will not be using them again.
