STAY AWAY form this company

I have had a really bad experience with LEA Ejendomspartner A/S. The company is not transparent about consumption such as water and heating, and when we asked for monthly reports, we were told that they do not have them. This makes it impossible to understand what we are actually paying for, and we do not feel safe with their administration.

Communication has also been very unpleasant, especially with one specific employee who treats people as if they do not matter and speaks in a very rude and unprofessional way. We have repeatedly felt disrespected, and our questions were not properly answered.

Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company and would strongly advise others to STAY AWAY.

If you pay aconto, a consumption statement will be sent once a year stating how much has been used and what has been paid. Such a statement cannot be made monthly.

Greedy landlord will try to charge you for documented damage upon moving out.

Greedy landlord will try to charge you for documented damage upon moving out. We have picture documentation which we submitted to them upon moving in which they are now attempting to charge us for upon moving out two years later.

They have been uncooperative and unprofessional. This may be the standard in Denmark, but this is unacceptable behavior from such a large corporate company. Avoid LEA.

A Big NO to LEA. They are Cheaters !

Very much unprofessional Property Management Company operational through other third party comoanies at Aarhus C. They always have a tendency to extract Money through unfair means. While Moving In they did not gave any report and while moving out they made us sign without explaining and deducted 80% of the Deposit worth kr. 35.000,00 for Renovation Work which is unreasonably high and now after 9 months , they have sent an Invoice for Heating and Water worth kr. 1.075,00 , although they have retained kr. 2.000,00 from my Deposit towards adjustment of subsequent years Heating and Water Statement Charges, they are not refunding my money.

May be the Administrator doesn't understand English well or this is their way of malpractices to extract money through unfair means from Tenants.

NOT Recommemded at all !!

unprofessional company have moved for…

unprofessional company have moved for almost a year and still manythinhs not fixed in my apartment !! everytime we call or write a mail , they say we will send some one to fix it ! but nothing happened .

I cant recommend living in an apartment managed by LEA

I initially had an ok experience with LEA. Their apartment was pricy, but also new. However, I had constantly smaller (and bigger) issues in the apartment. For example, leaking of water in the ceiling from a wrongly built terrace on top of my apartment, gaps around the window, and broken lights after a month of moving in. It ​took a long time to fix all of the issues - but they eventually got fixed. However, the worst part of the whole rental experience with LEA was the moving out process. I waited 2.5 months after I moved out to even get my deposit overview. I called their hotline and a SUPER rude agent called Frederik answered the phone. I had to call multiple times, as I got either non or really late replies to my emails. I was overcharged on my electricity bill and I could find other mistakes in my final deposit charge overview. Those issues did not get resolved.

Overall to sum it up - the apartments are ok and they fix issues that might arise in your apartment. However, their customer service/management team and how they will charge and treat you when you move out was in my experience horrible.

Delayed move in date, terrible administration

After signing the contract, the company didn't manage to make the move in date in Skovlunde on 15th March and then it was postponed for 1st May and then again to 1st October. Besides, the communication was terrible, the administrator is highly unprofessional. Late reply on emails and if you call she says that she haven't had time for your email.
After all this, at least there was no problem in getting my deposit and prepaid rent back.

I got help from Christine Finderup - she has been really kind and helpful and her service has been excellent.
