This company overpromises and under delivers. They did not provide a portal that worked properly and the leads were for buyers when I specifically stated I only wanted seller leads. When I requested a refund during the 30 day period, they refuse to refund me after they shut down their portal so I could not access any leads.

I signed up for three months. One lead. Johnny Cash with flexible purchase amount. Obviously fake. Now you can't even get on the website.

This company is a SCAM . The website is down. They may be out of business. I signed up for a 6 month contract. They took my money and ran. The leads I received from Leadception were sub-par and communication was non-existent. I asked for a refund within the required timeframe and am still waiting for my money. I wrote them a bad review already and they asked to remove it so I did and still never received a refund. They have ignored all my requests for an update.

I signed with on March 6th for the Financial Plan costing $800 for 6 months. It is now June 5th and I have only received 2 leads that were rejected only to hear from a rep that to give it more time. I feel like they took my $800 and just make excuses. They have 3 more months to provide me the 20-25 plus leads but I get no one to answer a phone call or call me about what is going on with my account. I have asked for my money back but of course once you give these companies upfront money you never get it back. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH LEADCEPTION. It feels like DISCEPTION
