We used this company for our conveyancing needs for selling our house in Mulambin, QLD. Jesi Bryon was our paralegal, who was very efficient in everthing thing that she did and explained everything to us really clearly. We would definitely use again.

I had the worst experience with Lead conveyancing. I engaged them for one reason, they stated on their website that they have an office in Geelong , Victoria. After a couple of days i started investigating them. My gut feeling was telling me that something fishy is going on. The address of Geelong office turned out to be IVF clinic in Geelong. There is so many different Vietnamese businesses and organisations sharing the same address in Melbourne. When I called one of their workers, he admitted that they are based in Philippines. I terminated their services straight away, but they still sending me the invoice. How can you trust a company like this knowing how many hackers and frauds are going around? They should be investigated by authorities in Australia. I never came across a conveyancer who send you a partial invoice a few days later. You always pay your conveyancing fees on the settlement day! I have been told by one of their workers that you have to pay $180 on top if you want to see someone in person. Stay away from them as there is so many other businesses like this one around.

We are New Zealanders and have recently sold a property that we own in Australia. We worked with Adele Monaghan at Lead Conveyancing. She guided us seamlessly through the process which was at times quite challenging. She was always available on the phone and it was often helpful to be able to talk things through with her. She efficiently managed the seemingly endless electronic documentation and patiently worked through all of it with us. Jesi ,who handled the conveyancing was excellent and continually kept me up to date. The beginning of dealings was confusing. Getting the disclosure statement was frustrating as too many people sending me emails for the same info I had already sent specifically.
