Simple to deal with and quick to respond to any queries or issues.

Just over a week ago I was looking for a flat to rent (on behalf of my daughter). I happened to pass by Leaders and walked in: Ella M. was holding down the fort on her own at the time. After some 5-10 minutes of conversation she had looked up at least 2 properties for me to consider. I couldnt get to see them until an hour later though, because no one else was around to take me there. I volunteered to sit it out for an hour. However, Ella showed superb iniatiative by coming up with a plan to take me to the two flats earlier by an alternative arrangement.
During the visits, she was very pleasant, friendly, informative (as I was new to Redhill) but highly professional in her demeanour, and efficient with giving me just the right pieces of information that I'd told I was looking for. Ella is a thoroughly valuable asset for Leaders, and I would have no heistation in recommending her as someone to work with when looking to either find a flat to rent or as a landlord wanting to have someone work with me finding a tenant.
Thanks you very much for all your help Ella just when things were looking desperate at my end in the search for a flat!

As a landlord it has been a terrible experience with Leaders. Weeks goes by without any contact despite numerous requests. I am now on my 4th lettings agent after less than a year and a half. Things take ages to get done and consequently the property has suffered damage. Just terrible customer service. If you are a landlord I would advise you to avoid at all costs!

One star is generous. As a landlord I have been trying to get my lease extended but although they are quick to get money no service and lack of response. Will definitely not sell property through leaders

We had a really good experience with Leaders Reigate, dealing mostly with Harriet S and Ella R - we signed up to many agencies in the area, and no other agency was as responsive and so proactive in sending us through available lettings and organizing viewings for us as Leaders were - very happy, and would use them again in future :)

As usual their sales team calls you instantly. All the other areas of this organisation work in silos. One department doesn't know what the ther is doing. As a landlord, I am frustrated with their lack of response. I have seen posts here stating customer care is important to them. That is factually incorrect. If it was important they would wanted to improve it.

Ella Ramsey from Leaders Team has been an excellent help to me for getting my rental apartment sorted. She has been proactive to understand my situation and help me by providing comfortable and suitable options and online viewing, that helped me to take the decision seamlessly and faster. Ella is a true dedicated resource to Leaders with almost zero time in reverting to my queries. Many Thanks Ella, you are a wonderful person :)

Very happy how i was treated and profesional work

Excellent service during my buying process in Dorking. Daniel Beckson was very good during the viewing - gave us space, time, and privacy to discuss without feeling under pressure. Kerry Walker helped very much to push things through and chase all parties to ensure that we successfully achieved the agreed completion date. Very happy with the interaction and service.
