It is beyond me how they are still in business.

We had the most awful experience with this agency and fell in the pit losing 3 months and thousands on a beyond mediocre service and we tried our best and gave them all the support and assets an agency would need from a client to help them help us and failed miserably.

Asked them for a refund as we were so confidently assured in our first interview with them that they can easily take us to beyond where we wanted to be as we were already at a good starting point then we got met with an even worse ending than the journey and all colors of irresponsibility shined.

Calling them scammers is a compliment.

Before selecting an agency to handle your work think very well of what is being said and their business model and be very alert to how the onboarding process is conducted and make sure that the person handling your account is an actual expert not a trainee. This was a hard lesson we learned that we don't want anyone else to go through.

DO NOT JOIN THIS AGENCY, Their founder Ben who has a popular YouTube channel lures brands into joining the agency, they locked us in a 3 months contract. We joined with an ROAS 2.57 on our own and are already a reputable clothing brand selling thousands of products monthly with ads budget over $25k/mo. We wanted to increase our ROAS since we always felt there is room for improvement given we handled everything ourselves, their sales team guaranteed an ROAS increase of at least 4 given as we already have winning products, creatives, and one of the highest ROAS figures they’ve seen with customers prior joining. Not only they guaranteed an ROAS of 4, they also assured us this will be just the beginning and showed us screenshots of 19 ROAS campaigns to get us onboard.

After joining, their ads manager was mediocre at best, we waited patiently for an improvement and by the 2nd month we communicated that ROAS is not increasing and were promised an increase of 4 ROAS, additionally, it has been decreasing since we joined. We booked the “Do it for you” package which is $2400 monthly, they’re supposed to design creatives and the quality was below average. We had to intervene and design creatives ourselves. All their data analysis was wrong, they never read Google Analytics data which resulted in targeting the wrong countries, flawed decisions. Their account manager admitted to their poor performance mid way and was supposed work on a “different strategy” that tanked our ROAS further after 45 days.

They refused to refund our money as we got nothing in return with no strategy, mediocre creatives, spelling mistakes, corrupt analysis, wrong countries targeted, and more…

We have all documents and videos proving their negligence and amateur performance therefore, we’re taking legal action against them.

Their sales team sold us a promise they cannot deliver and we ended up with a 2.3 ROAS after 4 months and thousands of dollars, effort, and business opportunity literally thrown away.

This is a heads up to anyone who might get lured by their YouTube channel. It’s a nicely dressed scam.
