I dealt with Jason from leading edges mailing health. I purchased 3 items that were two for one that needed to be dispatched or shipped separately, which they didn’t do which meant I had to pay import duty on them. After this I noticed the order had been filled incorrectly.

I found the service I received was poor. I won’t be buying from leading edge health again. Jason has no customer service skills and his version of the truth was obviously to make himself look good in front of the company management.

Despite numerous email leading edge didn’t honour the deal or the purchase. In my opinion you should avoid having a similar experience to me.

Products have still not been delivered as of today.

My package was stolen and they were very very helpful on getting another order sent out to me asap.

I have been using this product for the last 8 months. Always get it with 2-3 days of ordering it. And the flavor is phenomenal.

I placed my order over 20 days ago and paid €198 in advance (including delivery charges).
A few days ago, I received another message asking for an additional €63.50 for delivery, which I am ready to pay.

But until now, I have not received any call, update, or proper delivery confirmation.
I tried calling the courier office and sent emails — but nobody replied.

This experience has made me feel very frustrated and helpless.
Please improve your delivery communication and customer support.

I still hope the products will reach me soon, as I trusted your company and paid in full.

Phone call to push more sales. I got a phone call from someone who started asking personal questions. I do not know the person. They represented themselves as a "health professional," but no method to verify. Seems more like a sales person posing as a health professional.
