Today I received an unsolicited message via WhatsApp to my EU mobile number. I believe this violates GDPR.

Violated Do Not Call list, Calling me 3x in 2 minutes
They cold called me bright and early on a federal holiday without setting up a time to speak to me. No idea how they got my number. No thanks. If you don’t value my time or respect me enough to setup an appointment to speak then I’m not going to work with you. Definitely reporting them for calling me as I’m on the do not call list since 2014 (I have proof, and they can also double check that). Reported to the FTC for calling me three times, 9:14am, 9:15am, and again after I hung up at 9:15am. Three violations of the do not call laws. FTC should have a field day.
UPDATE: 2/19/2024, nearly 9 months later and I get an email from Trust Pilot telling me the company is trying to get my review removed for being untrue. Guess what? I have the screenshots to back up my claim. This is extremely shady (trying to remove an honest negative review) and I sincerely hope Trust Pilot doesn't cooperate in covering up their violations.
