Scam offer

This company is a complete and utter scam. Sam the sales rep told me that if I placed a 1k deposit they would get me in contact with some testimonials to talk to about how the experience has been scaling their business. At this point I was interested but Sam stated at any point if I decided I didn’t want to move forward they would refund me the deposit. I should have been more diligent at the time before giving this shady business any money but on good faith I took Sam’s word for it. After doing more research on the business I increasingly became more skeptical of this business and their offer. Especially after speaking with Conner, their testimonial they referred me to that even specifically mentioned to me on the phone “yea Jake is not going to honor the refund guarantee but you have to go into with an all in kind of mindset, and if he doesn’t get you the results he’ll work with you until you do” which obviously sent off alarm bells and that was from their “testimonial” (which I genuinely believe is just an industry friend they use to give them social proof when they have skeptical clients).

When I told Jake on our call that I actually did not want to move forward on our call he simply refused to pay me back. This was honestly not shocking because these guys seemed pretty shady from the start.

This is a complete scam and these guys are horrible liars who will do whatever it takes to get a few bucks in. DO NOT PAY THEM!

LeadSuite Is A Scam. Never Trust Jake, Tom & Ed

I would never recommend LeadSuite to anyone.

I explicitly told Tom during our sales call that I couldn’t afford paid advertising. He assured me they had a system to fund my ads. Based on that promise, I agreed to pay $500 upfront, meet CEO Jake Laz for ICP and offer development, and pay the remaining $750 afterward.

Jake cancelled our scheduled call just one hour beforehand, demanding full payment. Why wasn’t that communicated before taking my money?

I paid the remaining $750 anyway.

Then Ed’s explanations suggested I would have to fund the ads myself. When I confronted Tom, he wouldn’t acknowledge the assurance he’d given me.

They also knew my Meta advertising account was blocked and had promised to help resolve that.

$1,250 paid. No completed deliverables. Promises falling apart.

After investigating, I found a video alleging another customer had lost $6,000 in dealings involving Jake Laz, alongside other negative accounts.

When I confronted them, Jake personally promised to refund me within two days.

No refund arrived. My messages went unanswered.

And here’s what makes Jake’s conduct particularly disgraceful.

He has coaching videos on Discord teaching entrepreneurs to fulfill their promises to retain clients. Yet he failed to honor his own refund promise to me.

That’s not a minor oversight. That’s a glaring contradiction between what he teaches and how his company treated me.

That $1,250 came from money reserved for my next month’s rent. I trusted their assurances, and I take responsibility for that decision. But they remain responsible for the promises they made.

I consider my experience deeply dishonest and feel I was scammed.

Jake, your sales expertise means nothing if your word means nothing. A CEO who teaches integrity but fails to practice it has no credibility in my eyes.

I expect the $1,250 refund you promised.

I strongly advise others against working with LeadSuite. Anyone with a similar documented experience who wants to explore legal action is welcome to connect with me.

Your reputation isn’t destroyed by a negative review. It’s destroyed by the conduct that makes the review necessary.

Never work with Leadsuite, Jake and the company. I am suing all of them.

Skeptical at first, convinced now

I’ll admit I wasn’t sure what to expect. I’d heard plenty of big claims before and been let down. Leadsuite proved themselves. I never had to chase anyone for updates. They were proactive and clear throughout.

Finally, a team that does what it says

I’ve worked with providers who overpromised and then went quiet once the contract was signed. Leadsuite was the opposite. They set clear expectations, met them, and kept me in the loop. My agency scaled to steady $15k+ months, and they always had time for my questions, even the small ones.

Did not deliver on contract

Did not deliver on contract. Afterwards, when requested a refund they went AWOL and stopped responding to my messages. When I submitted the refund request through Whop, they drained their balance and stopped processing with whop. They stole my $8k, did a poor job, now they refuse to give me the refund despite being contractually obligated.

They are absolute scammers

They are absolute scammers. Both Jake and Tom will give you a lot of promises so you just pay them and then all the thousands of extra fees begins. Money spent with absolutely zero result and yes they won't give you any refund either. I'm planning to sue them.

Thanks Jake and Tom!

Loved my experience with these guys. Previously I was working with a terrible agency that got me no results after months of waiting. Leadsuite got straight to the point and fixed up my acquisition. Never been more thankful!

6 months in

Been working with the team for 6 months now. Great experience so far, they've taken me from getting an in consistent 1-2 calls a week, to consistently booking 5+ sales calls per day. 100% recommend .

Some of the best marketing

Some of the best marketing that I've ever seen constantly getting five to ten leads per day within my specific niche. If you own a AI agency, this is a great place to start.

Really happy with LeadSuite

Really happy with LeadSuite. We were struggling to get consistent leads from our Meta ads before working with them, and that's improved a lot since we started.
Jake (the founder) and Tom (our client success manager) have both been great to deal with — responsive, easy to reach, and they actually pay attention to how the campaigns are performing instead of just leaving them running.
Would recommend LeadSuite if you're looking for an agency that's easy to work with and actually delivers

This team really goes above and beyond…

This team really goes above and beyond in the way of communication. Other agencies I have worked with took days to respond, I had hardly any idea what was going on, and things suffered as a result.

Leadsuite not only got me literally $25 qualified calls on my adspend (unreal) but even helped me close my first client and now we are scaling to $50k/mo in just the span of a few short months.

I’ve been absolutely scammed by 3 agencies before, i took another chance, and made the right move, so hats off to jake and the team over at leadsuite.

5 out of 5 service for sure

To be plain and simple they delivered on exactly what they said they would. Scaled my agency to consistent 10k+ months. Very responsive team, always had time to communicate with me throughout the entire process.
