A bunch of charlatans. Plant arrived looking nothing like the picture.

All the flowers dropped off within two days and refused a refund as the said that the plant was technically not dead and with lots of care should re flower.

The plant was a birthday gift and very embarrassing giving someone a twig with green leaves instead of an orchid.

Avoid this company.

Lovely little palour palm. Rosie from customer service was very helpful. After mix up at start she refunded my postage and received plant in 2 days. Thank you

Amazing quality of plants only thing was one of my plants was really root bound and if they plant them up before they ship them out like they say they do I don’t understand why they wouldn’t put it in a decent size plant pot so I wouldn’t have to repot it right after it being delivered to me

Ordered 3 plants which came well package. A large cactus, a medium monstera and another small plant which was on offer. Mild bit of soil spillage in transit but otherwise items received well and appear to be healthy plants.
