Disappointed

The product is probably good enough maybe even superior but if it doesn't stay put not worth the money. Reported the problem only to be told the workmanship isn't guaranteed. I should have been suspect when the two workers were fighting, had to ask for some tools and took longer than I believe was planned given one wasn't even helping.

Won't return calls, new gutters are clogged, sales won't respond

We had them come out and quote for the leaf filters but they talked us into new larger gutters and said the bigger ones would not clog.

There are sections of the house they did not do because the installer said it wasn't an easy area, some of the sections leak, and nearly the entire system is clogged with leaves and sticks so the down spots barely work. In some areas, it's causing flooding in my basement under the sections of new gutter that just overflow next to the house.

In my back yard, there is a section with enough debris that little trees have started growing in the gutters too high up for me to get at without hiring someone with a cherry picker to handle.

Repeated calls to the salesperson, the 800 office number, and the customer service number have failed in that no one picks up. You can leave a message but no one calls back.

I have to wonder if they have gone out of business or just choose to never answer the phones to avoid angry customers.

Product awful and customer service even worse

We have had nothing but frustrations from the bad product and poor installation. The customer service of the local and regional offices is non-existence and the national office has stopped returning calls. Installation was in April and I've spent more times on my gutters since then than I had in the 8 years prior to getting Leaffilter. A month ago the national office said they would work with us to correct issues and they would offer a partial refund - what they offered is laughable compared to what we paid for a product that we are now stuck with for years (and can't ever trust to work correctly.) I would love to have the product taken off my home but they want to charge us to remove it. Don't spend your money on Leaffilter!

It does not work..........

The process started out good. Even though it was expensive, it was not as expensive as the competitors and it had a good Consumer Reports rating. Then it went downhill from there. First, they installed the wrong color of gutters but they agreed there was a breakdown between the salesman and the installers so they fixed the problem. Then I noticed a location that the salesman said they would fix but the installers did not fix. Next, I noticed some areas did not cover the whole length of the gutter with the LeafFilter topper. This is unacceptable to me because I paid by the linear foot. And the most important of all, the first light rain we had ran over the filter and over the side of the gutter and down the side of the house. I then did a thorough inspection and after two weeks, there were areas clogged with leaves and debris. I have videos and pictures for proof that the LeafFilter Gutter Protection is a one or two star at best. I am looking for a refund.

UPDATE - The LeafFilter installer came to fix the problem and it did not help. The installer told me I would have to clean the leaves and cedar needles from the filter, which would be every two weeks. There are still areas where the water runs over the gutter and around the bottom of the gutter and down the side of the wood siding of the house which will cause rot. The salesman said none of this would happen. This is unacceptable. I want corporate to call me! I have the text from the installer and photos and video that backs up everything I am saying.

Sales presentation was very…

Sales presentation was very professional and informative, sales rep.
Answered all concerns, explained and showed me how the system
preformed. Installer was very friendly and very timely getting my system installed. Very professional in all departments. I wish all
companies did business this well.
