I’m writing regarding an order I placed four weeks ago for two Natural Relief Balms. My credit card was charged at the time of purchase, but I have not received the order, nor have I received any shipping or delivery updates.

At this point, I’m quite frustrated and concerned. I would appreciate an immediate update on the status of my order. If the items cannot be delivered promptly, please issue a full refund.

Please let me know how you plan to resolve this as soon as possible.

I ordered an item however website didn’t state it was in back order. I called several times for an update on when item would be shipped and nobody responded. I emailed too and nobody responded. I was disappointed in their customer service.

Love the products shipping took a long time.

Never received notification that one item in my order was not coming. When I notified your customer service I never received information. I just got credit for the item. I would have like the product.

I received my order but was a little disappointed as I didn’t receive any samples, since I referred another customer to you. The previous order that went to Texas is a new customer. But thanks for my order.

I have a pinched nerve that was really hurting. I could not turn my neck and could barely move my arm I was in so much pain. The first time I used this there was a big difference in the level of pain I had. I have used for a few days and the pain is gone. Just ordered more to keep on hand.
