An extremely user friendly mental training programme
An extremely user friendly app using language to which I can easily relate. Even when I am feeling pretty good, just following the exercises suggested, lifts my spirits and encourages me to effect behavioural changes to make me feel even better. In these stressful times, Leafyard is an excellent way to avoid becoming depressed. It builds up mental fitness and resilience to cope with the exigencies of lfe.
A fantastic and easy to use for mental health app.
This has to be the best comprehensive but easy to use program for mental health & well-being I have come across. I have been using it for over 3 months. You can dip in and out of it when you want to and take as much, or as little, as you want from it to suit your own circumstances. I find the exercises and techniques great to keep me mentally fit and alert.
No matter how old (I'm in my 70's), or young, it’s content is relevant, based on fundamentally sound principles, and is a must for anyone who values their mental health and fitness.
