Last night I arrived home at 1 AM from a 16 hour journey the agent from the first day did not give me one of the entrance keys and it was the reason i could not enter the flat I called him many times though he answered but did not solve this issue I slept outside the flat till 7 AM cz at that time no hotels were available Now I have serious health problems Not recommended to anyone

My experience as a prompt and conscientious tenant in one of their properties has been marked by a consistent lack of responsiveness and an alarming disregard for tenant welfare.

When I required assistance or support, I was met with silence—emails went unanswered, phone calls were ignored, and texts were left unread. This persistent unavailability was both frustrating and disheartening, especially considering the urgency of some of the issues raised. Conversely, when the matter concerned financial obligations on my part, Leafy Lettings displayed an uncanny efficiency in their follow-ups, demonstrating that their priorities lie solely in extracting payments rather than providing any semblance of customer care.

The conduct of their staff further underscores the agency’s deeply ingrained indifference toward tenants. Reliability, trustworthiness, and respect are evidently foreign concepts to this organization, which seems entirely motivated by monetary gain at the expense of those who inhabit their properties.

It is astonishing and deeply regrettable that a company operating in the UK's letting sector would display such blatant neglect and disregard. For anyone seeking a dependable and tenant-focused agency, I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Leafy Lettings exemplifies everything a letting agency should not be, and my experience with them has been nothing short of appalling.

Leafy Lettings staff from management to admin have been amazing taking special care of our requirements and have been very professional and helpful without being pushy in their dealings. Would highly recommend them.

Traveled for 1.5h to the location, just to then been told "sorry we cant do the viewing now" and then they ignore my messages. Absolute joke of a "company", they work like a scam artist

I have been in the property for 2 yrs… any issue concerned in the property was looked into it and resolved it within the time frame… any issue was addressed through WhatsApp group and through mail and get respond. Tenants helped in case of emergency. I highly recommend leafy lettings

At first it was very nice Abbas very helpful also the person who runs the what's app, Zamin was helpful but then few problems in that flat then small problem became a big one. I didn't have any problems with Leafy. What a recommend to Leafy Lettings when you get a complaint take it serious don't wait for the problem to resolve by it self.

I have been renting a property from Leafy Lettings for over a year now, and I must say they have been absolutely fantastic as my letting agents. We were due to stay in one of Leafy Lettings studio flats for a long weekend, unfortunately there was urgent building work needed on the flat the weekend of our trip. Leafy lettings went above and beyond to find us lovely alternative accommodation within hours, and provided us with some reimbursement for the inconvenience. Everyone we talked to was very helpful and made what could have been a stressful situation very easy for us.

Check in and out was easy, Abbas helped with any concerns. At the end of tenancy the flat was checked and deposit was returned in full within 7 working days

Ethan here! I had only stayed with them for 6 months however, being under leafy Lettings was wonderful. Whenever I had an issue or query, they would always be on hand to help! The staff were very friendly and made my experience living at my property very easy!
