Order has not arrived 😫

I placed my order on 18 February and the payment was taken immediately. I have emailed and phoned twice (not easy to find a phone number!!!). I was told something had gone wrong and the details hadn't gone on to the "pink sheet". Whoever I spoke to said he'd update the order manually, but I'm still waiting. I will lodge an appeal with my credit card if I don't receive my goods by the end of this week.

We understand your disappointment, especially after placing the order on February 18th and following up twice. We identified that there was an error where your order details were not processed correctly. While we did rectify this and manually updated the order, we clearly failed to communicate this effectively and keep you informed.

We see from our records that your order was dispatched on February 21st, and a replacement was sent on March 14th. It appears you left this review before receiving either the original or replacement order.

We apologise if the phone number was difficult to find and for any challenges you faced contacting us. However our phone number is clearly at the top of our website and also in any email communication you have with our team.

If you have any further questions, please contact us and our team will be happy to help.

Avoid

Avoid - order placed in February and nothing has been delivered yet. No means to contact them apart from the form and they dont even reply
Im going to try claim my money back from my paymemt provider - awful!

In regards to your order, the order was placed on the 29th Feb, we emailed you on the 4th March to explain there has been an error with the order.

No response to that email has been given, however since this review was left we have been communicating on a single email chain fine.

We have multiple ways for customer to contact us, Phone, Email Social Media and our website. We try and respond to all email in a 24 - 48 hour period however this is more often a couple of hours.

I understand your frustration, and the experience you had is not up to our high standard we set our self and can only apologise.

We have contact you directly about your refund, which we are more than happy to give back to you as you have not received the order.

The great customer service

The great customer service. Unfortunately there was a problem with the system which delayed orders being sent. This has been rectified, but I can honestly say the service I received to resolve the problem was absolutely amazing.
Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Plus the 2 dogs beds are fab as well and I would definitely recommend.

Excellent bare root plants

Excellent bare root plants, with quick careful delivery by the courier.
I was kept informed at all stages of delivery and I received a quick response when I made a query.
I will certainly use Leafy Tiger for plants again. Thank you.

Ordered 3 roses which arrived in great…

Ordered 3 roses which arrived in great time and with excellent comms. When they arrived found 2 roses without labels, which was not ideal, but company were great at responding and identifying for me before planting.

Roses

I ordered a couple of oranges and lemons bare root roses from leafytiger. The delivery was a little longer than anticipated but due to the fact these are bare root and all the bad weather we have been having this was understandable. The communication was always good emails were responded to and telephones were answered or I got a call back from them. The plants got delivered these are really strong with plenty of thick roots i am very impressed with the fantastic quality which is usually lacking these days. I would recommend and I will be using again.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service, l received a beautiful healthy rose, well packaged and very quickly after I ordered it. Would highly recommend Leafy Tiger.

Not very good

Ordered a bare root roses 24/10/23 Still have not received it Phoned once was told it will be delivered following week that was over a month ago Had one email saying delay because of the weather Have not heard anything since Have used other plant companies never had this problem before

I ordered a rose still have not…

I ordered a rose still have not received it. He decided that it’s been raining too much which I can understand then why say that when you know you can’t deliver on time do you take orders we should all be compensation Four orders not delivered on time I want to just give you an update. The company rang me and apologise and refunded my money and will replace the rules as well so that’s very kind of them. I would still recommend this company and this shows that how well this company is run. It’s unfortunate that the weather didn’t go well this time, but they are very friendly and a kind company to deal with have no problems.

Tulips order made at the end of the planting season, wondered if they would be alright…

Last minute order from the tulips bulbs they still had in stock. They arrived well packaged next day. Buying so late I wondered if they’d be poor condition or, but they’re firm, a decent size, without signs of mould. What really impressed me though was that they made some substitutions but instead of sending a different colour or variety they sent bumper packs of the ones I’d ordered. So I still have the colours I wanted, but at their expense. Now that’s what I call great service!
