It took us forever to figure out which option to choose. Once we finally made a decision, they were there to help us figure out the quickest way to move forward. It was fast and easy. They were awesome!!

Everything went great. With the exception that I was promised a phone call when my order about to arrive. The phone call never came and my order came earlier than expected. Fortunately I happened to be home that day.

Marrey has been really great to work with and always explains how the gold and silver prices are doing and lets me know that he is always available if I have questions. I am very happy with my purchases and feel that it is a safe investment.

Upon delivery of mycoin order I discovered several coins had a white milky film on them. I called Joanna Verbon, my personal account representative from Lear Capital in LA, CA immediately put the replacement order into to action. I had my replacements in two days via FedEx.

I invested $20,000 in gold with Lear Capital in January after hearing about them on the Redacted show. Gold was about $2,694/oz at the time, but I was charged the equivalent of roughly $4,831/oz. I received 26 coins at $780 each, even though each contains only 0.1867 oz of gold. I was never clearly told what the true per-ounce cost would be.
A few months later, I had to sell some coins back and was offered only $621 per coin, despite gold prices rising. After calculating everything, I realized I had paid close to an 80% markup. I later learned the markup on my $20,000 purchase was about 33%—something I do not feel was transparently disclosed.
I filed a complaint and spoke multiple times with a customer relations officer (“JJ”). I was told I would receive $4,000 worth of additional gold as compensation, but the depository statement shows the added gold is only worth about $1,200. This left me feeling misled a second time.
I also discovered public information about past lawsuits and bankruptcy involving Lear Capital related to alleged deceptive practices, which added to my concerns. I was told they don’t record calls, which surprised me considering the nature of these transactions.
I accept responsibility for not asking more questions, but my overall experience has been extremely disappointing. The lack of transparency, high markups, and failure to follow through on promised compensation have made me lose trust in this company. I hope my review helps others make an informed decision.

I converted a 401K with no clue how to do it. I worked with Josh and he explained everything in a way I could understand. The whole process was much easier than I expected.

The AE did a great job with everything. The only problem was that Fed Ex did not deliver the package when originally scheduled, it was a day late.

I was treated with outstanding customer service until I had to change my purchase from around $35K to what I currently had on hand: $7K.

At that time my 'account exec' said: "Can't you sell some stock?" (Really none of his business) I was relegated to his 'associate'. I sent two emails to A. E. and they were referred to the Assoc to handle.

I ignored this at first. Then just a couple of days ago I asked about setting up an account whereby I could see what my 'meager' silver purchase was doing. I received a brief note from Assoc to contact depository...here's the a/c no.....he 'thought' they sent out info twice a year, but he had a phone no. I could call.

I staying the course...but feel most unimportant to the business of Lear Capital and will follow up with referrals to other organizations within my professional and personal communities.

Yes I was nervous at the beginning since this was all new to me but the agent that helped me at the beginning gaves me information that helped me to determine what metals I thought would be best for me to purchase.
