Delighted Grandson at being up high!
My daughter in law asked for this a a birthday present for our 15 month old grandson. I was bit unsure, but it has been a resounding success and he loves it as well as his wooded knife. Very clever how it is desk as well as stand.

Great design folding tower
Pleased with our folding tower that is stable and fits neatly away when not using it. Customer service was also very good throughout. 4 stars given because it is very expensive for what it is and I was a bit nervous about not being able to return it.

Extra strong tower bought in bright…
Extra strong tower bought in bright yellow. It felt like an age before it arrived but was within the published delivery time frame. It looks great, feels really solid and safe and my 18m granddaughter understood immediately that it was hers and confidently climbed up and on to her new role as kitchen assistant. Such joy. It looks as if it will serve her well for many years and after that, being a person of limited stature I’m sure it will be my aid for the tops shelves of the kitchen cupboards in my old age 🤣

Overal a great product
Overal a great product. Assembly wasn't always as smooth (paint layer didn't make everything fit nicely so had to use force to slot things in). Also the paint is very weak. First day of use my kid marked the paint by just climbing in and out.

Carriage Charge Extortionate
The carriage cost of £20 is extortionate for an item less than £110 being delivered in the same country a week after order was processed. The item I originally ordered was valued at £109.99. I added another item valued at £2.49 to take over the £110 threshold but was still charged the £20. After complaining, a helpful Jen credited the delivery charge. All good until the delivery arrived and the additional item was missing. Since sent an email but to date (only 2 days), no response. Items aren’t cheap so would expect a decent service level!

Our shipping policy states that "Delivery is free on each individual item (not necessarily each order) over £110"; so you were charged the £20 shipping fee which covers the shipping from their production location in the EU, to your home in the UK. However, I'm very sorry to hear that the additional item was missing from the consignment. I see that our customer service team have already engaged on this matter; please keep the £20 shipping refund that our team has already transacted as a gesture of our goodwill :)

High quality item. Our son loves getting up close and personal when baking. Folds away and wall hook makes storage easy when it's not in use.

Foldable tower isn’t stable
Foldable tower isn’t stable, my little one can lean forward and tip it over/ on its legs. For the price you can absolutely do better, so disappointed.

Learning towers are designed to be used for children to access elevated surfaces in the kitchen/bathroom etc. They are not intended for unsupported, free-climbing. For these reasons, and as per our FAQs, we recommend that you always supervise your child when using learning towers and that where possible you ensure that learning towers are positioned against a work surface to minimise the chance of the tower tipping over and causing injury. Awesome. Daughter loves it.
Brilliant delivery timeframe and packaging, delivered from Latvia in a quick timeframe. It’s sturdy and easy to use.
Only downside is the handle has some Alan key bolts which become loose with use, so the arm can become loose which is annoying and constantly needs retightening. Otherwise great though!

Fits the purpose
Arrived fast, was easy to assemble, perfect for what we need it for, however i ordered the black, and it does mark very easily! Some of it has already come off when putting it together which is a shame, but otherwise good product
