Yetka-san always made sure everyone in the class was confident about every topic that was covered and made the classes very enjoyable. She was always very understanding if any plans needed to be changed and helped provide useful notes for catch-up and for work in general. These last 8 months have been wonderful and I’ve learned so much!

Yekta is a great teacher who provides very practical and interesting notes when practicing new grammar structures, personally i feel her teaching style worked very well for me and she was very accommodating since i had to reschedule a few times

Haru Sensei is an excellent teacher and is able to break down the more complex parts of Japanese in a way that is easy to understand and learn.

Yekta is a great Japanese teacher and I have already learned a lot. We (there is two of us) have had lessons for a few months now and I can only say great things. The lessons are at a great pace and Yekta always gives very interesting details about the language as well as the culture in Japan. We have also had to reschedule a few times but Yekta is very flexible and understanding.

She is a really good Japanese tutor. I am a Chinese, and I have been learning from her for about 3 month. Till now I can construct simple sentences and make simple conversations in Japanese.

I started a Japanese online course beginner level about 1 month ago. The classes are easy to follow - the teacher is very patient and explains the lessons clearly. So far we've been learning the Hiragana chart and some basic vocabulary. During the classes, the students are highly encouraged to participate and practice speaking/writing. The classes are engaging and the teacher shows availability to support us in and outside the classes. We have access to all the digital materials needed for the classes and to study. Recommend this course for beginners.

Yekta is a great tutor/teacher, she structures lessons around you and your progress and never rushes you, you’ll always go at a pace which is good for you, and won’t move on until Yekta is happy and confident with your progress but she will also ask you to make sure you’re also comfortable and ready to move in, and everything she teaches links into each other, lesson after lesson and Yekta also explains everything in great detail such as sentence structure etc. which is very helpful with progressing forwards at a good pace, she is very friendly and polite and also very patient and understanding and she always listens to everything you say in order to catch any mistake or errors. Yekta is always happy to answer any questions you have, whether it’s about language or anything about Japan in general, she’s happy to answer any questions in the lesson or over text. Yekta will also recommend any material such as websites and books that will help during self studying. With Yekta you’ll not only have a great teacher of the language but also of the culture and traditions of Japan and the people, which is a huge help if you’re planning a trip there.

The lessons are amazingly structured and Yekta sensei spends time to make sure I understand and helps me progress in a positive and constructive way!

Yekta has been a solid learning source for my 13 year old daughter in a time where school seems a thing of the past. She is keeping my daughter engaged and passionate about learning such a difficult language. My daughter absolutely loves her lesson on a Monday. Thank you!

Yekta has made learning Japanese enjoyable and easy so far. The pace has been steady and all the learning is consolidated regularly in lesson. Yekta also speaks English extremely well, so there’s no issue with communication. Overall great experience, it hasn’t felt too hard considering the difficulty of Japanese for English speakers.
