After paying to hire vans, Lease2Buy made it possible to purchase a van over a 2 year period, cheaper than rental with a vehicle of your own after 2 years. I will use this company again thank you to all the team at Lease2Buy.

I have purchased this fiesta, get on with all the staff at DCH, I would recommend this company to friends and family. So easy to work with I have no problems dealing with them again.

I have just finished paying for my car over 30 months. I have not got the best credit record but by far this was the best deal for a car. Would not hesitate to recommend !. Very fair and genuine people.

We found 'Lease 2 Buy' nearly 2 years ago and since the very first phone call to them we have received nothing but a good professional service. Viv, Suzanne, Gordon and Brian really are a credit to the company. 'Lease 2 Buy' was just what we were looking for, we could put down a deposit and then pay the vehicle off over only 24 months without us having to pay for it all at once therefore freeing up revenue to invest else where in the company which has ultimately let us expand ourselves as a business. We currently have 5 vehicles in our fleet from lease 2 buy, all of which were only 2-3 years old with very low mileage and they have all been fantastic vehicles. It's also good the wide range of vehicles they offer, we've had 2 estates, 2 Saloons and an 8 Seater Minibus from them, normally we would of had to use several company's to find what we wanted but 'Lease 2 Buy' had them all. We will most certainly be buying from them again.

I have been looking for a car for a while and i had tried all the other companies and just couldn't get one, i remember one of my friends that is a customer and i decided to give it a shot, everything was made clear from the start the staff gave you what you needed to know and i had the car within days, as they say one form and then your on your way,

We got our car recently from Leasetobuy....on arrival at their office in Irvine we walked in, introduced ourselves and that we were in to collect our car...we prob looked quite excited to be doing so....unfortunately the 3x members of staff didn't seem so happy to see us with faces abs tripping them!!!!....not a welcome we were expecting, but eventually one of the staff dealt with us and she turned out ok, and was very good and clear at explaining the paperwork side of things....otherwise we have found Leasetobuy very good at everything else, from deciding what car to lease to actually sending in our paperwork....and are very happy with our car....I wish this company every success in the future and am sure they will thrive in a very popular market, but I must say, if they wish to be one step ahead of their future rivals in this industry, then they should invest some time and effort teaching their staff some basic customer service skills, as this is a crucial concept that must be adopted to gain and attract future custom.

This is our second car we collected today from lease to buy service was first class would highly recommend them if your looking for a new car

The car is in immaculate condition and exactly as described on the tin, no problems so far. The delivery man (bert) couldn't have been nicer. If all goes well I would like to continue using the company as I was pleased to hear you can upgrade cars after 15 months

From start to finish the whole process was very straightforward the staff help you understand all aspects of the purchase. The website is very easy to use I like that I decided what deposit and weekly payments I wanted to make over a timescale I set.

The matter / issues have now been resolved and am glad we have come to a conclusion. Thanks to the staff and in particular Gordon, for this outcome. I have purchased previously, with Lease2Buy and found that purchase 5 star, so I can only presume this was an unfortunate incident. Thanks again

I have to say the ease in which the purchase was made was excellent; from initial contact to sale, every member of staff was professional and friendly, despite what was a very busy time over a bank holiday.
However, I was hoping, after the point of sale, that I would be driving the car home with a smile on my face and have that 'buzz' feeling that we all get when being in a new car. This sadly was not the case; instead found that the CD player was unable to grab CDs, there were no Sat Nav, as described in the advert and the drivers' window did not work ( although that does seem to have somehow fixed itself ). Although I was straight on the phone to see what could be done about this and was told I would get a phone call back the same day, it took 4 days, with still no phone call, for me to then call Lease2Buy. It now looks as though I might have to make 2 further journeys to Irvine to resolve this matter, which is not the new purchase experience I was hoping for. Other than this, the car itself I am delighted with, but this had certainly dampened the experience. Hopefully this will be resolved without me being put out too much and happy to re-review once all issues are resolved.

in my opinion these guys are very approachable no matter what your situation, they will help in any way they can and the level of service is second to none, I had my new car within 1 week of the deposit being paid, delivered over night to my home address, and with excellent service and great manners from the delivery man, these people are great people to deal with and I will deal with them again
