Responsive Service and a Great Outcome
The novated leasing process has been a real pleasure. Chris responded promptly to every question I had—from the lease structure and pricing to the additional products available. The result was a customised leasing arrangement, with pricing matched to a competing supplier.
Everything was wrapped up within a week—faster than the other supplier could even produce a quote.
Settlement was equally smooth and was completed three days ahead of the scheduled delivery date.

Nicole was great. Always responsive to and took the time to explain and go over any questions that came up. She made sure everyone involved in the process was kept on top of so as not to delay the handover date. Highly recommend working with Nicole if you get the opportunity.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Byan on my new Tesla lease. From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Leasing a new car—especially a Tesla—can feel overwhelming, but Byan took the time to explain every detail, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt completely comfortable with my decision.
His professionalism, responsiveness, and knowledge really stood out. He was patient, never pushy, and genuinely focused on finding the best option for me. The entire process was efficient and seamless, and I couldn’t be happier with my new Tesla.

Good overall but ...
The leaselab was good until the day before I picked up the car when I found out not all the paperwork was in order and I had to chase up resulting in about 10 phone calls to get the situation resolved.
