Servicelevel katastrophal

Servicelevel katastrophal. Hier wird einem bei jedem Kontakt das Gefühl vermittelt, dass man mit seinem Anliegen als lästiger Bittsteller wahrgenommen wird.

Zusagen werden nicht eingehalten und wenn man, wie beim letzten Kontakt eine nicht termingerechte Zustellung einer neuen Tankkarte urgiert erhält man eine patzige und inhaltlich falsche Antwort. Nach fast 3 (!) Wochen kommt der lapidare Hinweis "Tankkarte am Postweg verloren gegangen, wir schicken eine neue. Dauer 7-10 Tage".

Entschuldigung? Ausdruck des Bedauerns? Fehlanzeige. Also hier offenbar Standard.

Nachtrag: Nach mehr als einem Monat und zwei Versuchen eine Tankkarte zuzusenden ist sie immer noch nicht da. Einfach nur jämmerlich.

Das schlimmste ist, es ist den Ansprechpartnern bei Leaseplan völlig egal.
