Requested cancellation of my order numerous times due to not being received and no delivery updates, however I had no response. If you have purchased anything through this ‘company’ raise a dispute with your bank for the money back within 120 days, this is clearly scam!

If In could give zero stars I would, do not buy from these they are clearly a scam company, they do not fulfil any orders. I have emailed them 4 times requesting to cancel an order I placed over a month ago, to no avail.

I already have one dog lead from this company which took far too long to be delivered (when I emailed to query why I received a rather curt/rude reply), it eventually arrived.
I ordered another in the middle of November as a Christmas present but it still hasn’t arrived, I’ve emailed them and got acknowledgment but no reply - contacted my bank as I think they are a scam comps

I ordered three leashtags on 19 November as Christmas presents. On 22 November an auto-generated email (phrased to look personalised) told me that my order was delayed, but promising me a small gift as an apology. I followed up twice on 7th and 8th December, asking for update and then to cancel my order. I received a tracking notification that the leashtags were in China. The leashtags finally arrived on 29th December.

I checked this site on Trustpilot, as I always do, but there were no reviews then. I recommend staying away from this site. The products can be found on other websites, about seven pounds cheaper per tag. The photos are identical making me think the photos are taken from other sites. Though the address on the website is a central London address they are definitely sent from China - not a problem but not the impression that’s creates from the website. Judging by the reviews of others I was lucky to get my delivery at all, too late for Christmas though it was.

Scam site do not use, very frustrating, they do not reply to any emails. I ordered 2 leash tags on 4th December 2025 and chased up the order and got an automated reply saying they would get back to me in 24hrs, I did this twice and heard nothing from them. I will now always check reviews before I use any other website. :(

DO NOT BUY! This “company” is not real, nobody answers their “support” inbox. I believe it is a fraud!

I ordered two Leashtags as a gift for a friend, on 11/25/25. On 12/4, I wrote the support team to request an update on shipping times. I got an auto reply requesting my patience to wait 24 hours for their answer. They didn’t ever answer.

I emailed again on 12/18 for an update, and got the same autoreply. I have not received a reply to that message either.
I believe this “company” is a fraudulent front for some other business, because there is absolutely no way to “reach” them except by email, and they don’t reply to emails.

I think it’s fake. DO NOT BUY.

I beleive this is a scam company. Ordered and paid for 2 tags 5 weeks ago. Got an email stating due to high demand etc and promise order will be shiped within a week. Then stopped responding . There is no telephone number and no return/ business address, on the website, or any Customer review./feedback! . Therefore if nothing is received, there is no comeback for you to report to or ability for your bank to trace where your payment went . This is a fraudulent shell company set up to take your money only

Ordered one of their leashtags ages ago. Stil haven't received it, still "in transit". Emailed for support, no answer. Don't waste your money.

Scam site to avoid, stolen videos and content from another site, they even bother responding to your emails with false excuses for delays and promises that you will receive the goods and shipping updates which never come,had to report to my credit card company and today they have removed their Facebook site. Hope they get prosecuted.
