The rental was very good. The return was bad.
The rental went very well. Always punctual and prompt with assistance. The only problem was returning the long-term rental vehicle. The inspector found some bodywork issues, but no one advised me to file a claim before returning it. So we had to pay the penalty for not filing a claim and also the repairs.
Other rental companies send an email with return instructions, and among the instructions, they specify filing a final claim to avoid having to pay for repairs, as happened to me.

The best contract pricing / ratio, but…
The contract pricing was really good for the vehicle fitting and optionals, probably the best on the market at that time. The only aspects I would improve are the insurance allowance (might still be lowered a bit), and the accounting system (I kept receiving charges beyond the last month of rental, and the whole refund completed only about one year after the contract ended, after many exchanges with customer support which anyway was very kind and informative all along).
