Leasys UK Ltd, you are a JOKE!
Leasys UK Ltd, you are a JOKE! There needs to be an option to give zero stars. Firstly, I love my New Cupra, it's my second Cupra and no complaints. My first Cupra I bought through a Cupra dealership on PCH, great service and no issues with VWFS. My first mistake was not taking the advice of that dealership and buying my new Cupra through them instead of Leasys UK, which was simply down to the monthly payments, as Leasys UK was cheaper. My car was delivered with no issues, and all paperwork was done online. 10 days on and still no initial payment taken out of my account, I contacted Leasys UK to ask when the payment would be due, which they confirmed would be on the 25th. 25th comes and goes, no payment taken, I again make contact to be told it's an error at my end, I speak with my bank, no issues, and Leasys UK has made no payment requests. I again contacted Leasys UK to be told no problem, we will put the payment request through again. 5th Feb, I get an email from Leasys UK stating I have missed a payment, and my account is to be closed until the initial payment is made. Clearly concerned that it would affect my credit score, I called Leasys UK, made the payment through bank transfer, and stressed to Leasys UK, is this all sorted, and have you got the correct details, etc. An email was received stating all sorted there end, my monthly payments would continue as normal on the 15th of each month. 15th Feb comes and goes, and no payment is taken. I gave it a couple of days, and again contacted Leasys UK to be told, not to worry it will come out by the 18th. 18th comes and goes, still no contact from Leasys UK. 26th Feb still no payment taken or contact from Leasys UK, so I emailed them with a Formal Complaint. It's now the 15th March, I have still not received a reply, the Feb or March monthly payment still hasn't been taken, and I have been notified today through ClearScore that a "Missed Payment" report has been added to my credit report and no surprise, it's from Leasys UK and I am the one thats been chasing them since Januray to pay my monthy payments!

Poor is the new norm!
I have an ongoing issue with Vanarama (Broker) so therefore with Leasy over one of the worst deliveries of an order I have ever come across which includes the falsifying of documents.
Currently in the process of raising a dispute with The BVRLA

I telephoned Leasys following the return of my lease vehicle and was fortunate to speak to Arun who was so good in sorting out a couple of issues. My contract was yet to be shown as completed and I was concerned a further payment may be called for. Arun quickly sorted the issues I needed resolving and later confirmed that in email. I also received a payment advice of a credit to my account which I was not expecting. Great customer service

Great until they get your money then you’re ignored
Arranging the car through the lease company was easy
Couldn’t do enough for me
Delivered car without cleaning it.
Looked ok so signed.
Next day wasn’t raining so took it to the hand car wash for its first clean
Entire car, a brand new car! Full of swirl marks
Ignored by leasing options
Sent photos and video of swirl marks
I feel like they are taking the mick now they have my money! They don’t care because they have their money
I have tried so many times to phone Leasys about this also but they never answer
I’ve had no information about when I can pay my first amount as I want to get the date etc sorted, I’ve emailed them but they don’t reply.
I have no idea why people would want to deal with these companies. Just buy a car, I’ll never lease again
I have spent £4000 to have a dirty car delivered that I now don’t want
How are these companies allowed to ignore you after taking your money?
I am fuming!,,,

My new leased car was delivered
Whilst I am a bit of a tech numpty, I found that leasys ltd made the whole process easy. I am over the moon with my new car and the cost of leasing it.

No complaints
If im honest, there was very little interaction with the company. It was basically a form.
But, it was very straight forward and simple.

Will invoice without any communication - so frustrating
I arranged my lease through a broker and received my vehicle without issue. However, since delivery I have had no direct onboarding communication from Leasys. I’ve chased multiple times because I need to update details.
I have not received a welcome email, customer account details, portal login information or any clear confirmation of my payment schedule. Despite this, I have received a payment request and, shortly afterwards, an email asking me to rate my experience.
Being invoiced and prompted for a review without having been provided basic account access or any response to my enquiries reflects poorly on the customer experience.
I am still awaiting any communication and proper account setup.

Charged for 2 vehicles because collection company had no availability!
Leased a Ford Raptor with Leasys, when it was due to be returned the collection company couldn’t collect for 4 weeks although the contract states 10 days notice to return. The day before my appointment the collection company cancelled and arranged for another 6 days later. Leasys had already delivered my new vehicle so I have been charged for both vehicles in 1 month. I have contacted Leasys many times with no reply - a £25 gesture is all they are willing to give. Would never lease another vehicle with these.
Edit - response to Leasys reply.
I have obviously contacted the email you have suggested many times as mentioned above and have since quoted your message below. No refund.
1st excuse - there was damage on the bumper so no refund will be given. The damage is charged for separately so that’s irrelevant.
2nd excuse - there was service history missing. The vehicle has not had a service yet as it was returned before 12k.
3rd excuse - the mileage could have been sent over when I stopped using the vehicle and I would not have been charged since then.

100% 100%100% 100% terrible
100% 100%100% 100% terrible
You get hold of tried 10 times plus and wait on call , the various number on there contract are wrong !! One is complete different company
Every time 10 times minuim waited 30mims plus and call cuts off
The app they suggests doesn't recognise by contact number
So I changed tack and pushed option as if I was a broker or dealer instant answer! Who transferred me still waited a long time but was answered and once they dont recognise anything car reg or contract number can you believe it !!
Main reason the car doesn't work wouldn't charge and then another fault the car just STOPPED middle of the car
Leepmotor c10 and had to be left on the car until next day !!
Leasy is a completely redicous company who have phone number for brakedown assist and doesn't work ! And another on the contract once again is another company
So please avoid this company and also Leepmotor c10 as there are two known faults
Also download the app and once again completely terrible has zero information on it , i must have had 10 plus cars and this is worst experience
No idea how a cumsumer is supposed to use this redicous app !! I had lex leasing my last one company, Simple to use but leasy no idea nothing on it
Been with this company 8 days hopeless

Beware of this company
Beware of this company. If you dispute its excessive charges for damage at the end of the lease, do not just pay the bill, cancel your direct debit and DO NOT go to the British Vehicle Rental & Leasing Association’s (BVRLA) so-called independent dispute resolution service. Instead go straight to the Financial Services Ombudsman (FSO) because Leasys is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Leasys wants you to go to the BVRLA and will tell you to do so because it is the industry's trade body, but it will do nothing. The BVRLA don't care how much Leasys charges for minor dents outside of the fair wear and tear guidelines and will happily tell you it can't comment on those excessive charges because of competition law – who knew! All very convenient for Leasys, you might think. If you go to the BVRLA first, then the FSO will not investigate because you have accessed a dispute resolution service already. Sadly, it appears the FSO is more interested in process than championing the consumer. I fought Leasys for months and it is of considerable comfort to me I must have cost it much more than it wanted me to pay by having to deal with the dispute. For example, the money it demanded (£154) to replace a tyre because of a tiny nick, even though it would pass an MOT, was excessive and absurd. It shows, in my view, Leasys to be a poor company to deal with and it should be avoided. I consistently asked for evidence it had ‘repaired’ and ‘replaced’ the damage to the vehicle – terms Leasys itself used to justify the costs - but, of course, it didn't. It just sold the car at auction and referred me to the terms and conditions while saying pay up. Fair enough, I signed on the dotted line, but it doesn’t mean you have to take a car from them and I won’t ever again. The industry’s fair wear and tear guidelines are formulated by the BVRLA - a trade body - that’s the key thing to remember when taking out any car lease. Many might also take the view the industry’s dispute resolution service needs to go elsewhere, if it can’t comment on something as fundamental as the cost charged for so-called repair and replacement because of its trade body status. This is a point I made to my MP who has written to the relevant minister to highlight this obvious concern. My understanding is other vehicle leasing companies are far more reasonable over the cost of damage. My strong advice is to do your research and go to them instead. If you are in dispute with Leasys, please go as far as you can in disputing the costs – go to the FSO and your MP. Doing so at the very least costs them money in dealing with it and shines a light on the industry’s practices as well as giving you a chance to avoid them. If everyone did this to Leasys and other leasing companies then perhaps over time, the consumer might receive a better deal over charges for damage.

End of term Rip off charge
The lease of the car was fine but there was a sting in the tail at the end. When handing back the Tesla i had lost one of the cards issued. Not a big deal - on the Tesla shop they charge £30 to issue a new one. However Leasys were having none of it. They charged me £162 and told me 'it affected the resale of the vehicle!" Complete con and left what was initially a very good experience it a bad one. They could have easily just adjusted the charge but kept referring back to the 'terms and conditions' Be careful if looking to go with them
