If I could give half a star, I would because one star is too high for the poor services they provided. I need my refund back; you thief, for the useless service you rendered. Transaction number LB-17422469825592.

I receive wages as a freelancer into my USD account owned by Leatherback. immediately they freeze my USD account and converted my money to Naira into the NGN account and transfer it to Rexel Limited Operating, Globus Bank Nigeria, account number 1000217519

I sent them an email why did you enter my leatherback account to transfer my money from my to a fraudulent account called Rexel Limited Operating account.

Immediately they disable my account and said they will return the money back to source. Ask leatherback, the money that has been converted USD into Naira and send to Globus Account how can you return such money to USD and sent back to source.

I have reported to the police. They are after them.

when they said they are reversing your payment . your money is being sent to this account. Clearbank,  Account name: leatherback ltd, Account # 00000030 bank: i asked why are you sending my money to that account , she will ignore and wont reply my message any more till this days, since November 2024, these criminal took my money and refused to refund it back to payment source.

Fraudulent company still trading with customers’ funds. Please release my funds to me. How did I end up using this criminal app.

They have held on to my funds for over 2 weeks. They asked for additional information which I have since provided and they aren’t communicating with me. Their customer service needs restructuring. They are forcing people to believe that their business model hinges on holding on to customers’ funds and probably trading with it to make profits before returning it. Please Team Leatherback, return my funds.

They have held on to my money since October 3rd and nor refunding my money. It was an unsuccessful exchange that I did, they have gotten the naira equivalent of the transaction from me but yet to receive pounds. No one is replying my messages since then as well. I don't advise anyone to do bshiness with then

WARNING ⚠️ If I could give minus one I will do not use this app . It is a waste of time. The seem to have only one customer service rep. The live chat will claim they will respond in minutes but they don’t . The use influencers who gets paid to drive their marketing. My £700 GBP is yet to be credited after almost 20 hours , £70 GBP was credited the following day. It is all hype and can get you stranded when sending your money across continent. Definitely going to consumer protection for this one.

I sent money to Nigeria six days ago, and the recipient still hasn't received it. The payment was returned three days ago, yet my account hasn't been refunded. This app is unreliable and frustrating—terrible customer service with a snail pace or no responsive customer care experience. I won’t be using it again! neither can I recommend it.

Leatherback has restricted my account and seized my funds and refused to refund or allow me access to my funds for over two months now, this bank is totally fraudulent

First time using leatherback , my money has been taken and recipient hasn’t received money , I’ve asked for a reversal of my funds , customer service is zero to non existent. Disappointing and very unimpressive .
