AWFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH
I purchased a $150.00 leather briefcase from this company on September 21, 2022. After an hour of purchase, I called them to inquire about canceling my order or getting a different bag that would be a darker color. There was no answer, and I could not leave a message. Also, I sent an email through their link on the website. I did not receive a response. So I decided to wait on the product to arrive. When I received the product on September 28, 2022. I was very disappointed with the product because it was evident that this was a used product, it had an unusual crescent marking on the flap, and one of the snap buttons was not securing properly. I contacted them again through email the third time on September 29, 2022, to report to them the defective and used leather briefcase I received. They finally responded by email on September 30, 2022, apologizing that they did not receive an email and requesting to send pictures of the product so they could further assist me. I sent them the pictures, an explanation of my discrepancies, and my order #40714 the same day I received their email. On October 2, 2022, they responded and gave an excuse for not answering their phones. They said, “Yes our phone number sometimes in the office the authorities got engaged with other work and hence some calls remain unanswered as we receive thousands of calls in a day.” They also offered to send out a replacement. I declined and informed them I like to return the product. They gave me the address to ship, and upon receiving the leather bag, they will refund me in 8-9 days. I immediately sent it to them and forwarded them a USPS tracking number on October 4, 2022. They received the product on October 7, 2022. I contacted them on October 24, 2022, to follow up with why I have not received my refund. Their response on October 27 was, “There’s a small team of people working due to COVID, also the one who do the refunds is suffering from COVID and is in critical condition However we have updated the other authority to do the same and they will check and you will be refunded in 5-6 business days .” On November 8, 2022, I emailed them because I still did not receive the refund. They said they informed their “authorities about the refund and they will process it and wait 1-2 days.” I still did not get a refund and contacted them again on November 15, 2022, requesting for my refund. On November 25, 2022 they contacted me and they said, “due to some technical glitch happened at our side we would unable to process it for you.” They assured me they will refund fund it within 2-4 days. I made another attempt on December 5, 2022, to have them refund me. As of now, I have lost $150.00 and have had a horrible experience with this company. DO NOT BY FROM THIS LEATHER BAG GALLERY. You can find another more professional, prompt, and pleasing company to work with.
