Have sent for 2 leather weekend bags from other companies. Both sent back the next day (really aweful quality). Just received the extra large weekend back from Leather Company.... absolutely fantastic! Could not recommend more highly. Great price, great quality, fast delivery. Thank you .

I purchased a couple of things from these guys. One had to be returned with no problems. The other was a stool which arrived very promptly. Throughout the time I have dealt with them, they have been extremely helpful and genuine; also they do their very best to ensure a successful outcome. The products all seem to be well made. The only thing to watch out for is returns policy which only lasts 2 weeks for a full refund. They made this very clear in advance though. I think they deserve to succeed.

I couldn’t be more impressed with both the service and product I received. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The customer service was incredibly attentive,and went above and beyond. The product itself is of the highest quality and excellent quality. Bought a jacket and after few days started to rip apart tried to contact them via gmail . But failed to receive a reply

Edit: 9.12.25 sent 2 weeks ago for service and then I see the leather is worn out

I ordered a bag and purse from this company. Fast delivery and great quality products. I’m very happy.

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered a handbag as a present and when it arrived it was clearly second hand. The bag had paracetamol, a receipt and indigestion tablets in the compartments.
I have emailed so many times and had absolutely no response apart from an automated message.
What sort of company is this ??

Received two leather biker jackets recently. The quality of the leather, tailoring, design and value for money is absolutely amazing!! The one jacket was too small but a quick call was all it took to arrange return and exchange. I am so impressed with the service thus far. Recommend going a size higher than normal. Julian

I bought a beautiful leather jacket from the Leather Company, unfortunately it was too small so I returned it. I did contact the LC as I thought the sizing was wrong and they kindly offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase. I thought this was a particularly nice gesture. I received my refund quickly and re-ordered the jacket in a larger size and used my discount. I placed the ordered on a Monday evening and received the item the next day. I was so pleased and the jacket is such good quality and a great price too. Thank you LC you were amazing. 😊

Lovely craftsmanship and great quality leather .. one of the best sling bags around that will look better with age! Customer service/communication was excellent as the bag was for a gift and I was kept in the loop with tracking etc 5/5 definitely recommend if your after a quality product at a great price !

Quick delivery of a quality ‘Fenland’ sheepskin rug at a very fair sale price.One of the best I have bought, and I have a few.The ‘Wolf-tip’ colourway looks very natural and the rug drapes well if required over a chair etc.I can honestly say this was a great experience all round and I am very very pleased with my purchase.It does say ‘Made in China’ on the label which perplexes me a little!! However I cannot fault the quality of the skin.

I have now bought 3 items from the Leather Company, an Ashwood weekend bag, and matching leather wash bag and messenger bag and the quality of the items is excellent and great value. The website is easy to use and all my orders arrived promptly and well packaged. Customer Service is very efficient and helpful. I would definitely recommend them as a seller, and when I can think of another leather bag to add to my growing collection they will be my first port of call😀

I recently decided to treat myself to a decent leather jacket and chose The Leather Company based on past experience and I wasn't disappointed.
I chose the item from their excellent and easy to follow website, but decided to ring the order through instead. Once again I experience wonderful customer service and was amazed when this lovely item arrived this morning, less than 24 hours from placing the order.
Now that's a company you can rely on!

Purchased a leather bag (£69) for a birthday gift. When I received it, it looked like a bag I had for years, the leather was creased, there was a glue mark on it, but the worse part was the handles, they were so creased & misshaped. I left the bag out overnight at room temperature hanging over a chair, but this didn't help. So I contacted the company & was told to send photos in an email, so I did, 30mns passed & didn't hear anything, so I phoned them again & got a guy called "Shy", he said he was looking at the photos & asked me what my concerns were, so I told him that the bag was faulty & he said that it's not, he did think it could've been packed a bit better, he said to massage the handles & wait a while, the creases will come out eventually! What a joke, told him that it was for a birthday gift & I couldn't give them this, he said I can return it but at my expense, which cost me £5.35.

I did receive my refund after 4 days.

I would 100% not order from this company again or recommend them.

I was super impressed that my coat arrived in less than 24 hours of ordering, and absolutely love it. It is well made, good quality, comfy and so warm. Just looking forward to some really chilly winter days now so I can make the most of it!

This company definitely has the personal factor. When placing my order I received a call from a gentleman named Shy and he was the most helpful person ever.

Ordered the chocolate-brown Ballina leather jacket in the sale and was not disappointed. Beautifully lined and I picked the size according to the measurements (not to the sizing) and it fit perfectly, as if made for me. Very comfortable to wear, super soft leather. Came carefully wrapped on a hanger. Would buy from here again. Thank you :)

Bought "genuine" leather bag but turns out to be fake plastic.. wouldn't recommend unless fake leather is what you wanted..

I ordered a bag from them . I had it delivered to a local post office . The post office says they don’t have it and I’ve gone 3 different times to try to get it . I’ve emailed them SIX times and have had no response. .i have emailed from different emails and different contact measures and had nothing . It’s been over 2 weeks and I’ve heard NOTHING . Do not buy from them
