Exceptional craftsmanship
The Leather Satchel Co. was really helpful in adding a handle to one of their earlier models. Great service and craftsmanship. You cannot tell the handle was added years later.

Brilliant
I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I bought a satchel backpack in summer 2023, and in April 2025 I noticed one of the rivets holding the strap on was showing signs of wear (due to how much I use it!), and got in touch to ask if it could be repaired. The bag was returned to me within a week and not only was my original issue fixed but they made several upgrades without me even asking for them, in order to help the rucksack last even longer. All of this was at no extra charge. The rucksack was worth the money I paid to start with but the aftercare makes it all even better value for money. I'll definitely buy from them again.

This is my third time ordering from The Leather Satchel Co., and not only is the quality amazing, but the customer service is also absolutely impeccable! It has been such a pleasure to work with Keith to design my perfect bag. My first satchel was purchased over eight years ago, and it only gets better with age. The customisation options add such a personal touch, and I am so pleased with how all of mine have turned out. The leather ages so beautifully and the hardware is super sturdy. Absolutely top quality craftsmanship and beautiful bags. I ordered two - medium pixie and the tote.
What makes it even better is the customisation so I could get each bag exactly as I wanted it.
No need to go to Italy to get a smart artisan hand made leather bag - much better quality and options right on our doorstep!

I was gifted a bag from this company and loved it - on a whim I went to the website and decided to see what else - I fell in love again with the same bag but wanted something unique - thinking it would be impossible to do this I got in touch with Keith anyhow and we set about creating a unique colour combo - after a mock up I went ahead and can't wait for this one of a kind bag to arrive! It's such a thoughtful process and I would recommend this bespoke service to everyone!

Superb quality
Ordered for a friend's birthday present and she loved it. Having not used the company before I admit I was somewhat sceptical when placing the order but I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the company and will certainly use again.
The communication from the start was exceptional, checking when the birthday was to make sure it was delivered in time, and it duly was.

Quality product, exceptional service
I wanted to buy my husband a music case for his birthday and found that I had left it a little late to order in the timeframe stated on the Leather Satchel Company website. I need not have worried in the least. Once I had emailed to ask whether there was any chance a case could be custom made in time for the 'big day', I received a very prompt reply basically saying yes, no problem, and that my order would be completed in time. The Leather Satchel Company surpassed expectations by delivering almost two weeks before the birthday. The case itself is made to the highest standards and I was so pleased to be able to support a business which values and, quite rightly, prides itself on crafting artisan products. My husband is thrilled with his new music case. I would recommend The Leather Satchel Company to anyone looking for a high quality product and a highly personalised, friendly and professional service.
