Excellent service

Excellent service. Very helpful. Had to return the leather apron as the incorrect colour was ordered by a relative of mine. I returned the original apron and everything was sorted out within a week.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Ordered as a gift however, even the wrong colour was ordered and it was over the 30 days return they honoured our order and sent us the correct colour without any hesitation.

4 aprons ordered

So, ordered 4 leather aprons with customisation. Unfortunately the first batch all had damage however, upon contacting the shop via email, they offered to remake the batch so that they could redeem themselves. A little over a week later the replacement aprons were delivered in perfect condition.

Communication was consistent and quite fast

Happy overall. Only giving 4 stars because of the issues with first batch

Gutted I didn’t check the reviews for this store before ordering
I ordered a knife bag for my husband for Christmas but the “leather” is damaged and peeling. Photos sent & requested a refund to be completely ignored.
Complete waste of money!!!

This company is a complete scam!

This company is a complete scam!! Ordered the canvas knife roll for my brother in law for Christmas. The quality was so poor. The canvas was all mottled and the leather elements were different coloured leathers and looked awful. Emailed to ask for a full refund to be told this is how the product is meant to look. When I said I still wasn’t happy with it and wanted a refund I have been completely ignored! No response to my emails. Completely fraudulent company and I wish I had seen all these other reviews before I ever ordered anything! Wouldn’t have touched the company if I had known! AVOID!!

The product is of good quality

The product is of good quality, (leather apron), and the customised logo is excellent, however, delivery was slow and not within their specified time frame. Also did not answer my calls or voicemail, and also did not respond to my email, so the 3 stars relate to customer service, or should I say the lack of it. Such a shame as product was good quality.

Scam,scam

Scam,scam, scam. Paid for priority delivery to be received by the 19th of December and I've not even got an update yet. Im only writing this review so that they refund me my miney ans I'll do so every day until they do

Avoid this company! They are a SCAM!!!!

Ordered a knife roll to only get the pouch! Tried many attempts to send it back til they eventually got back to me! Send me a returns address as I had to pay for return. To now not hear anything and no refund!!!!!!!! Stay away from this company! It is a SCAM!!!!!

I ordered an apron even though I have a…

I ordered an apron even though I have a industrial walking foot sewing machine, a lot of knowhow and lots of leather.
I found it to be very small, not particularly good leather but the fittings were good.
It took a while to get a refund but apparently my money is on it's way.
In an hour I made my own apron to my size using better leather at very little cost.

AVOID

AVOID! Ordered a leather apron. When it arrived it was dreadful. Very poor quality and the neck strap was made up of 2 totally different colours stitched together! Was also very small and did not fit my husband who is not exactly large! Should have also come with a waist extender - the man I spoke to on the phone told me to write it in the Notes section on the online order form, which I did but it did not come with the apron. Messaged
to say I wanted to return it due to the above issues. When I said the waist extender was not in the package, he said “you’ve started a return now so I can’t send it”. I explained that it should have been sent with the apron but he didn’t respond. Says it fits up to a 44”’waist but unless you’re fairly slim built, it won’t fit! Messaged to say I wanted to return it because it was of poor quality and asked for a prepaid return label. No response despite sending 3 emails, 3 online chat messages and even a phone call which he never answered. Finally communicated after sending a final email. Had to pay for the return myself. Would not recommend this company. The items look great on the website but in reality, look cheap and badly made.

Disappointed

Ordered an apron, unhappy with quality so emailed and eventually heard back so agreed to return it. Heard nothing since and no money refunded. I would avoid this company .

Poor products and very poor customer service

I ordered a leather knife roll for my husbands birthday.
When it arrived, I realised that it was of poor quality and looked cheap and nasty.
I emailed the company to arrange a return but I just got an email from Anam saying that they don't provide return labels "unless something is broken and damaged"
I replied that I would be happy to just be informed of the returns process and address so I could send the item back for a refund.
I did not hear back from the company despite emailing several times. I would not recommend dealing with this company. Happy to take my money but not willing to fulfil my consumer rights.

Great customer service, great product.

Ordered for my partner's birthday, the Cambridge version, makes sense as that's where he's from! Easy ordering, lots of info on the features. Immediate acknowledgement of order, then it stopped. I received an email asking me to write a review but I'd not received the product. Email to the company; Anam looked into it for me & another apron was sent out by express delivery. My partner loves it, so many ways to get a perfect fit, It's great & excellent customer service too. Thank you.
