I really appreciates your support Nandhini Dayalan for the competent service rendered to me during my challenge on the top plan 10 on my phone.
I firstly spoke to a staff but he later caught up my calls just because he didn't wanted to help but immediately I called again and you picked up my calls and sorted my problems, may God bless you and promote you and family.
This is amazing and it's what we needed from customers service.
Just keep it up and sky is the limit for

The driver and his colleague were rude and had no shoe coverings or sheets to put down. When I asked him he just shrugged his shoulders and carried on In husband wet and dirty boots. Luckily I found a roll of bubble wrap and covered my carpet as they started to walk on my newly fitted lounge carpet. Water was left on the carpet and floor tiles and no attempt to assist to wipe it. The last delivery I had from know how we're excellent and had complete respect for my home and were very pleasant men. I was appalled with the attitude and the delivery men from yesterday. Very disappointed. They wanted to get the job done in the minimum time with no thought for me or my home.

A lovely young lady called CYDNEE of Arrow XL the delivery company. was so helpful in giving me the information I needed after Littlewoods catalogue company got the wrong post code and sent my cooker and fridge freezer to a wrong addresss. Cydnee was concerned about finding out where my items had gone and was most helpful in finding out when I could expect delivery of one of these items, and phoned back later in the day to let me know that the second item would be delivered along with the first. Littlewoods customer care were clueless and couldn't have been less bothered in helping so a big reward for Cydnee. Thank you thank you thank you.

I tried to locate a specific table. I rang a couple of stores and I was told it was a discontinued line and that I wouldn't be able to order it. I rang on the off chance that a ex display was available. I spoke to Julie from the Warrington store and she went out of her way to help me. The table was located and she told me I could still order it. We travelled to the store to look at a chair choice and place our order. All the were staff very friendly and I would recommend to family and friends. They were very approachable and chatty. Fantastic service.

The worst service I have received and I will not be using it again.

I ordered some Pizza's to pick up and when I returned home after eventually receiving my order I found the whole order to be wrong and the quality of the food to be extremely poor !

I will not be using this company again or recommending them to anybody.

Useless !
