Poor customer service. Bought an outfit made to the wrong size. Aishah the owner does not respond to messages about a refund and the registered London address is fake. They are also not listed on companies house directory. So stressful getting your money back. Avoid this sham company

I ordered a suit which to took 7 weeks to arrive, but only after I chased up the order. The shirt/kameez was very badly made, they tailor had stitched some paper in the sleeves border, maybe to stiffen them?? The lace is very cheap and irritates my skin so I’ve had to remove it. Overall a very poorly stitched dress, I will not be using this company again.

TOTAL SCAM!!!! I bought 6 outfits. 2 delivered first (late) and they were not close to what was shown. When i thought about exchanging or returning, Aishah, the owner i presume, acknowledged it and asked for me to return the outfits. I said i would wait for the rest of my packages to arrive. Never replied and then started ignoring!!! Now i am stuck with horribly made outfits and no reply and my other outfits still not delivered. SCAM! DO NOT BUY.

I would avoid this company.

They do not offer refunds at all.... you will not be able to get your money back and the customer service is awful...

I would suggest you use a Credit card if you plan to buy anything so you are covered by the insurance as you will not get any money back should the items be wrong or you want to return anything.

I would think twice before you order anything from this company

Absolutely awful awful customer service. I ordered a dress for my mehndi, spoke to the team and was assured the dress would get to me for when I needed it. I chased them up and heard very little back- the day before my mehndi I was dress-less. I had to run out and get a last minute outfit. When the dress finally arrived, all the measurements were incorrect and around 4 dress sizes too big. I requested a refund, but was offered a credit note (why would I want to purchase something again from these people when they can not get one order correct?) Spoke to Aishah Lebaas- who I believe is the business owner, who was extremely rude, offered no apology and was incredibly unhelpful. AVOID THIS BUSINESS

If I can give this company zero stars I would! Do not order from this scam company!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IMAGINABLE. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I HAVE BEEN CONTACTING THEM FOR MONTHS ABOUT A REFUND, MOST RECENTLY MORE CONSISTENTLY IN THE PAST TWO WEEKS AND MY MESSAGES ARE CONSTANTLY LEFT ON SEEN. AVOID!!!!

A very very poor company to buy from ! They are a scam company. Having read all these reviews I placed an order for a Saree to wear at my sisters wedding in November. I placed an order in September and was chasing their customer service team to locate my item. On 21 October to say due to warehouse delays my order is refunded. The grammatical error in the message was beyond a joke my 5 year old can spell better ! And not to mention the sheer cheek of holding onto my money from September without any communication and 2 weeks prior to my sisters wedding they cancel my order.

I’m now left with no outfit so I strongly advise against purchasing any items

Ordered five customised suits for my wife and daughters. The staff at Lebaas provided excellent support, were very patient with my picky other half and guided us with selection and measurements . Everything arrived as described and on time for a wedding, despite the difficulties with corvid. All the clothes are original designer and perfectly stitched, which were very difficult to get from anywhere else. The price is alas reasonable for such high end clothing.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE! I ordered a customised outfit in July for a wedding which is taking place 18/08/21. I was given conformation it would be delivered by the 16/08 giving me enough time to ensure it fits etc. Nothing has arrived. I have sent several WhatsApp and emails with no reply. I have paid £185. Absolute con. Please DO NOT SHOP HERE! I have now reported them for fraud and will be seeking civil action for the money back!

Extremely poor service, poor quality clothing, I wish I had read the trust pilot reviews myself before I ordered!

I’ve been keen to make an order but found the WhatsApp assistance extremely poor. I’m happy to wait for replies but the chat assistant was just so eager to end the chat and not actually answer my questions. I’m not going to buy a £200 outfit I have questions about (such as measurements so it actually fits as in quite tall). It gives off such a bad impression, as if they don’t want money. Such a shame as I really wanted the outfit but there’s no details about measurements of the outfits and the online help is good as nothing.

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. I would give this 0 stars if I could. They promised they could deliver me a suit before my sisters wedding and let me down 2 days before after texting me regularly to say it was on track. They then stopped texting me 2 days before, I had to pester them for a response. They gave me a refund without any clear communication. Worst place to order from. Absolutely disappointing.

Avoid! Advertising suits that they don't even have in stock. Have been waiting almost 5 weeks for my order. Ridiculous.

They are showing pictures of brands but dispatching suits different. Not even close to the suit in the pic. Low quality stitching. I have spend almost $200 on a suit which came to me as a simple stitched low quality one not even close to the picture shown.
Im not happy with them and will never buy from them.

Avoid - This is my first time ordering from the website. I paid almost £200 for a suit. The kameez came perfect. However, the trouser lining was done so badly and no embellishments were added to scarf (where the website states all embellishments included in price). I asked if they could fix the trousers and add embellishments to the scarf but they refused and instead sent me the embellishments and told me to add them myself and to get trouser fixed myself if needed. I asked for a £30 reimbursement so that a tailor can fix all the issues and they have continued to ignore my messages. Disappointed in this company and would never buy from them again.
