Waste of time

Placed an order 10 October 24, it's now 29 December 24 and I have no items. I know Scotland - Aus is pretty far so I expected maybe 2-3 weeks, not months.
Thankfully I paid for postal tracking so I can see where she's at.
Poor thing is stuck in New Zealand. Sitting there for about 2 months. Now magically, after I contacted numerous postal services in NZ and AU and sent about 10 emails to Le Buns customer care team, it's through customs. Hooray! But the journey doesn't end there. She's still in NZ. She's been waiting for international delivery since 18 December and I have no hope of receiving my expensive pants any time soon.
As for Le Buns, they really don't care. Once it's out of their hands it's not their problem. Despite continuing to sending me the tracking link and confirming the parcel has not arrived, they haven't offered a refund or to try sending another parcel. A recent email said AusPost will be busy with Black Friday and Christmas, but I ordered these on the 10 October - no excuse.
I guess this is my life now..
