We purchased a French Press 3 years ago and up until recently it was working fine. We then noticed that coffee grounds were coming out of the pot into our cups after pouring. I contacted custom... See more

Satisfactory resolution to my warranty…
Satisfactory resolution to my warranty claim although could have been better. I think they hide behind care information like "dishwasher safe" which actually isn't dishwasher proof! Also a wok is meant to be used at high temps so it should be designed for that. However, at the end I have had 2 of my pans replaced under the lifetime warranty due to the bases being warped. My final opinion is that for cast iron enamelled pans Le Creuset are the best, I have ones that are coming up 30 years old, but for lighter weight cookware they are expensive and in my experience not as durable, the ones I claimed for were only 5 years old! However it was nice to have the same customer service agent deal with the claim throughout.
Great customer service
Great customer service, got a replacement for the pots that weren’t right. Thank you
First rate service. Their happy to help
So good to speak to a human who was understanding, helpful and happy to replace my teapot FOC as a goodwill gesture. Could not ask for more.
Faulty Le Creuset pans
We have been loyal users of Le Creuset for many years and have always appreciated the quality, design, and overall cooking performance of their cookware. The products are beautiful, timeless, and a pleasure to use daily.
Whilst we recently experienced some concerns with a number of pans, I would like to recognise the professional and courteous manner in which the customer care team handled the matter. The team took the time to review the issue carefully, communicated throughout the process, and arranged a replacement pan as a gesture of goodwill, which was appreciated.
What stood out most was that the matter was handled respectfully and thoughtfully, rather than dismissively, and it was reassuring to know the concerns were being taken seriously and reviewed further.
Overall, still a brand we enjoy using and a company that clearly values long-term customer relationships and service standards.

We've always loved Le Creuset as their products are so good, solidly made and lovely to use. Unusually, we recently had an issue with a pan. Le Creuset were quick to help and resolved the issue to our complete satisfaction. I fully recommend their products and their customer service.
Our 1.6l Le Creuset Kettle Replacement
Our 1.6l Le Creuset Kettle had an issue with delamination. We made contact with the Help Team / Customer Service Dept. After sending photos and our kettle to Le Creuset we have been advised by email that a new kettle will be dispatched.
The process was straightforward and the customer service provided was excellent 👌

Great Customer Service
Chatted with Darcey and she was extremely helpful. I couldn't find the item I was looking for and she was able to send me the link.

Exceptional service from a trusted brand.
Absolutely outstanding customer service from Le Creuset UK.
My pepper mill developed a crack at the top, so I contacted their helpline with a few photos and an explanation of the issue. I received a very quick and friendly response from Veronika, who confirmed the product was covered under their 10-year guarantee.
To my surprise, they arranged a replacement immediately without needing me to return the damaged item first. The whole process was smooth, professional and hassle-free.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely stands behind its products and treats customers with kindness and respect.
Excellent service and a great example of how aftercare should be handled. Highly recommended.
Warranty Experience Was More Difficult Than the Defect Itself
The cookware defect I experienced appeared to be a clear manufacturing fault, yet obtaining a replacement under the company’s “lifetime warranty” took nearly five months and involved an excessive number of detailed questions and procedural checks.
In the end, a replacement was approved, and I am still grateful for that — especially considering I could no longer find the original receipt. At the same time, this was their own product sold with a lifetime warranty, so the process felt far more difficult than expected for what appeared to be a straightforward manufacturing issue.
After reading the warranty terms carefully, it became clear how easy it would be for many customers to have a claim rejected over minor technicalities unless every condition has been followed precisely.
Hopefully my case was an isolated defect rather than a broader quality-control issue. However, based on the warranty experience alone, prospective buyers should be prepared for a lengthy and highly procedural claims process.
Great customer service from the returns…
Great customer service from the returns department and Darcey specifically. We have multiple le creuset products over the years and it is nice to know that you look after us.
Le Creuset used to be our go to brand…
Le Creuset used to be our go to brand for cooking gear that lasts a lifetime. Do not buy their non-stick items. We've had their non-stick pan for 18 months now and it looks like a Tefal pan after 18 months. Bubbling and peeling on the cooking surface. We were skeptical about non-stick but because of the lifetime warranty we bought it. When we reached out to customer service they requested reams of info on how we use the pot: (to cook!) no metal utensils, never leave food in it, hand wash) and, guess what, we've misused the pan. They will not honour the guarantee. Humpf, we bought a Stuab pan as a replacement. Never again Le Creuset, such a shame.
I brought a twin pack of frying pans
I brought a twin pack of frying pans. Straight from day 1, went to fry eggs in butter at half heat. The center of the pans were raised and eggs went to the sides of the pan. Both pans did this on day 1. Finally complained to lecrueset and they asked for me to send them back to them for inspection. They insisted that photos of the pans were emailed, along with photos of them being packaged, whilst in the box with suitable packaging. Long. They received the pans and said that they had been misused and have hotshots. This apparently voids warranty so no compensation given. The hotspots are in the middle of the pans where they do not contact the induction oven properly. Honestly, I've owned rangemaster pans for over a decade which perform far better than this and similarly priced. On receiving my pans back in the post, they were poorly packaged and were clanging together. The pans are substandard, extremely overrated and expensive. I wont buy lecrueset ever again. Its a shame since some of there stuff probably is great but the warranty is dubious at best. Going back to rangemaster pans and keeping le creus for camping over a fire pit only.
Amazing service
I emailed as I needed a replacement knob for a casserole dish and couldn’t see the part on the website.
Had response next day and was sent 2 replacements free of charge despite it being a purchasable part.
Great friendly service and they could just have directed me to the website to pay.
There was a problem with my online order
There was a problem with my online order, mainly my own fault. So I called the helpline and spoke to Jennifer who was exceptionally helpful. I honestly could not have asked for a better, quicker, more understanding and positive response. I’m delighted and very impressed.
