We bought things to give as gifts but the things came in weird cardboard boxes dated back in 2021. Maybe reused some old packaging.
Our problem was to gift it and how can we gift with cardboard boxes? I remember buying it in Stores with nice packages and bag. So we reached out to them and they were very rude also.

Do not buy anything from this manufacturer under any circumstances. Terrible attitude to customers. Warranty support is at the lowest level. The product itself is low quality for a lot of money.
My purchase is a cast iron enameled skillet Le Crueset. Everything sticks to it. Cooking ordinary scrambled eggs turns into an ordeal, but it still sticks no matter how much oil is poured in, and then it is very difficult to clean the skillet from the sticking. After a month of communication, they agreed to accept the goods for return, but as soon as they received the goods from us, for the third week there is no response, no new goods, and not a single call or letter from them. Terrible service. I will never buy anything from this company again.
I do not advise you to even think about buying goods from this company.
I boutght the large Theiere. The quality is crap. infact the first one broke in delivery transit as the porcelain is terrible. The replacement won't last long i'm sure. Poor quality from one of my favourite brands.
