The easy unboxing
The easy unboxing, the ease of assembly. The comfortable seat and overall riding. The only downside is the complete folding capability. You have to remove the front tire,and front fender inorder to get the smallest width inorder to fit into a suv or van. Make the width of the rear wheels 1 to 2 inches wider.

Just what I was looking for!
I had looked at a lot of different e-bikes. A friend of mine had gotten an Lectric bike. She let ride it and knew that was what I was looking for.
The price was right and all the extra items that came with it are great.

Very satisfactory experience!
The delivery was timely. The packing environmentally forward. While one of the fenders was bent during transit – you guys made it up relatively quickly and without too much fuss or must. I did find some snags in the completion of Assembly – but I was able to “muddle Thru“ and get it all assembled. Your customer service was responsive and the bike is both beautiful and a wonderfully accepted gift to my wife. (From me).

Customer service
It's a great bike. But the customer service is even better. There was a problem with the battery and it wouldn't come out. I don't own a car. The box was destroyed. My bike shop picked up the bike and handled the return and it was all paid by Lectric.

Great bike for the budget.
I did plenty of research and decided to get the xp4. So far it's been great, really been loving it. Needed a bit of a tune up but that's to be expected. The four stars are from the fact that it went on sale a week after I received my bike and customer service wouldn't agree to honor the price or send any of the extras, which I found kind of lame because.. I could just return the bike in that period of time. So I'm not sure if I'll buy my next bike from lectric or not, since I'm looking for one for my partner now.
